Have you been struggling with NCLEX be it LPN or RN, have you taken the exam for more than once? Are you taking it for the first time? Do you have a too busy schedule to study? Get to Dr Needham for your NCLEX assistance. I’m so happy I finally passed my exams thanks to him. He’s got a magical qbank which will help you become a RN

@@deedee-yk2vi yes I did, computer shuts off at question 85. These videos are very helpful. I have read the books so many times to the point where I felt I know everything yet failed; however it is definitely the subject and data and other little details that matter, focus on English a bit.

Hi, the first question, answer C would have already been assessed, how would you hear a murmur if you didn’t listen to heart sounds? After which you do vitals to see what the readings are. So A is indeed correct. … my view

Remember nclex is not the same as practice. You do what you do in practice, but the nclex is based on general principles. What I teach on this channel is helpful in practice, but is primarily intended to help pass NCLEX. Very important to remember, BEST questions are different than FIRST questions .

Good afternoon Dr. Sharon, thank you for all that you do. It is extremely helpful.
I wanted to share I recently took a test on for school and the question states “a client is admitted to the telemetry unit. The nurse observes a heart rate of 105 bpm with three premature ventricular complexes in a row with cardiac monitor. What action is most appropriate for the nurse to perform?”
Knowing the rule about notifying HCP after six PVCs, I selected “ document, the PVC and deliver breakfast tray with decaffeinated coffee to the client.”
I got it wrong the correct answer was “notify the healthcare provider and continue to monitor the cardiac rhythm.”
May you please provide clarification 🙏🏾
