Very long coats are in style now. I got several new long winter coats this year, and they are all quite long. Even though I’m a petite, I love them as long as is practical, they give a flattering long line. Plus, I’m a mostly skirt or dress wearer, and longer means warmer. Thanks for your review.🙂

I only buy 100% wool coats with breathable (usually rayon) linings. A lining not only makes a coat easier to don and doff, but really helps cut the cold wind. I have two coats that are only 75% wool and they’re not very warm compared to my all-wool ones.
Same, I really wanted the tom coat but was disappointed on the fabric composition 79% wool for the $545.00 price tag.
Can you find a coat like this for under $1200? I have been looking for over a month.

Great review Mila! Really thorough! I got the green Mederick but you were right, my usual size was just too big, so going to try one size down and see, the color is too pretty!! I also got an idea in case I need backup and it still doesnt fit hehehe

I have recently added a few coats to my wardrobe. I live in Canada and it makes sense to have a few. I don't have as many as you do though. Nice review. I hope to get to a Sezanne store sometime.
Thank you for this detailed review! I just received the Jim coat in vintage blue in a 36 (my normal size). My tag reads 100 virgin wool. It's a stunning coat, runs big which is why I was on the fence about keeping it, but decided to because it's so beautiful. This one is not thin or flimsy at all.
I have the Jim coat in black and it doesn't feel flimsy either. It's actually quite structured. Love the oversized look of it.

I´m really interested in the Rick coat, because I know the Mederick will be too long for my lifestyle (I bike a lot) but I wish we had a store nearby so I could try.

I love coats!! I think my favorite is the Tom. I wish Sezàne would at least make coats in petite sizes though... Sleeves are always too long, so I seek out brands that make petite outerwear (Petite Studios!! ❤️). Thanks Mila!
