BTW I never get tired of HUSH despite DC releasing all of these editions over the years. I'm really excited for the HUSH Saga omnibus coming out in October I think. Originally cancelled a few years back. Already preordered that gem. Hopefully DC doesn't once again change it's mind there.
Ed Benes is an awesome artist. Yeah he can draw a few too many sexy ass shots, but I think overall he's a heavyweight in terms of skill. Crazy how he seems to have just vanished almost all together from mainline books.
It's a great format, and it does make you wonder how they make these decisions sometimes...like for example why the John Byrne Superman hardcovers weren't either deluxe editions or an omnibus (or two)

Yeah I think he's been away from DC for a few years now, not really sure what he's doing these days
