I went to an estate sale a few years ago and found a first edition of the graphic novel and the Graffiti Press hard bound version with the slip case. I got them both for $45. One of my better comic finds in the wild.... 🤘

That hardcover book club edition,does it have the same paper and colors of the trade paperback which has the same cover art, or does it have new recoloring 9r glossy pages? The reason I ask is because I own the 1987 paperback which has the same art, and I wondered if I am missing somethi g that the book club edition has.

My copy of the Deluxe Edition has a wonderful eye! Maybe your copy came with an issue (besides the 12 issues 😂)...

Awesome video, my Deluxe ed has sewn binding and i got mine 3 years ago so it seems they have fixed the no eye issue.

I don't own the noir version nor the annotated edition. If I buy the annotated edition only, do I lose the black and white quality of the pages, or do I need to buy both?

I think just the annotated edition might be fine! But you can never own enough watchmen!

Well, if Alan Moore can get over it, I guess that we can too, eh?
He signed over his rights to the other parties in the creative team, and he wants them to be able to make money off of their hard work.
And Alan Moore thinks (wether right or wrong) that he’s been done dirty by the comic book companies in regards to ALL of his books. So, there’s that.
