Very interesting video. I appreciate the popping technique, but you should change the title. You can't really call this traditional Chinese popcorn making, when popcorn was traditionally Native American for thousands of years. The rest of the world has only had popcorn the last 200 years or so. Actually most dishes are Native American, or wouldn't even be in existence if not for Native cultivation. Tomatoes, corn (and popcorn), potatoes, pumpkin, blueberries, strawberries, turkey, chocolate, coffee etc--all Native American.
