- Prince George appeared to fight back tears as he prepared to bravely follow the coffin of his beloved great grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II out of Westminster Abbey. George, nine, and Charlotte, seven - who affectionately called the Queen “Gan Gan” - attended the late monarch’s funeral with their parents William, Prince of Wales, and Catherine, Princess of Wales.

@@B-ch6uk I attended a great grandmother's funeral at age 9. Now, I didn't have to be eloquent of course, but I think sometimes children have at least a limited understanding or perhaps not so limited, of what has happened.

I commence Prince William and Princess Catherine of Wales for letting their children attend the funeral. I think it showed a big part of how together they are as a family, and let the children see that this is life. And to pay their last respects. I think the queen would be very proud and is in heaven smiling on all the work and that they all work together.
3 of Princess Anne s grandchildren were there too. All behaving beautifully. They will be glad that they were allowed to attend when they are adults and remember the occasion.
But one thing for sure, in this life whatever you were, there is no guarantee that you will be again the same person, also it doesn't matter what Religión you believe we don't know who will be in heaven, only God knows who will be in heaven, even Muslims can't say my loved ones who died is in heaven, and Islam is the last Religión that comes down from God and his own words, but we Muslims know that we have very good chances that we will be in heavens after the Judgements Day and before the Judgements Day no one will go to heavens, everyone will go heaven after they pass the Judgements Day and if they fail they will be in hellfire no matter who they used to be in life, or their life on this earth

The left tear its what got to me. During one of her Tig website she said that when she was recording a show, they asked to create a tear on command. She said in 3 seconds she had a tear on her left eye. She said that she was excellent and trained herself to be able to produce a tear in 3 seconds. Despicable.

I am conflicted about the presence of such young children at such a large and public event given how their little hearts have been broken by this loss. Adults can have some perspective- Her Majesty was very elderly. She missed her dear husband very much. She had a long life. For the children, there are no rationalizations to cope. It is only loss and stress and exhaustion and change. I think I would have had them there only for the final committal with it's smaller group.
Even if the children hadn't attended they still are going to go through the loss, grief, stress, and being tired. The parent's will help them get through it along with other family members.

It may not be anything that they are doing, my children were 3 years apart and we didn’t have any children around for them to play with so they grew up very close and loving to each other and even into their teens they did things together and they loved each other. I didn’t make them but there wasn’t any jealousy, they knew I loved them and supported them in everything. They were siblings but also friends, don’t you think that in a home that is emotionally healthy everybody loves each other and are there to help and support each other. We all got along and always loved each other.
