I'm forever grateful for your RUclips channel, Jody. I have been struggling with suicidal ideations without triggers, sleep issues and lack of concentration as a kid. It had taken to an extreme before I finally seek for a medical intervention. Turns out I've had depression from childbirth in itself, ha. Struggled in school and when graduated, gotten enrolled in law school in which my sleep had gotten worse to days i do not sleep at all. I tried many methods to help me focus, including binaural beats but nothing worked, until I found your channel. Everything changed. Although I experienced some initial headaches, I stuck with your techniques and saw a massive improvement. Now, even in my late 20s, I continue to rely on your videos to start my day with focus and wind down at night for better sleep. I am no longer practising as lawyer anymore (was never my passion), but I am back in my old law school being a lecturer. Came across many students that struggle mentally and I don't gatekeep your contents, and share them to those that experience the same struggles. Some people may call it placebo effect, but for me, the positive impact is profound and real. So thank you, for everything that you do. I hope everything is well for you. :)
Well, I am no longer using your videos right now, but I did for over one year, and I saw lasting improvements in my nervous system. I especially had to use the 20-25 minutes nap to be able to rest between shifts, and at the end of the year I could nap without using them. Thanks a lot !!! (Still on binaural beats but with someone else's work and for different purposes).
I would like to thank YOU for making these videos.2023 has been a crazy year for me as well because I have to study for the upcoming exam in 2024 and I sometimes had trouble finding some time to sleep.But thanks to your videos I am being able to keep studying while sleeping less hours.Much respect from Japan!

And i hope that you continue to pump out this great stuff, i'm very happy to hear that you've had a similar experience to mine and. This sounds even weirder now that i'm typing it so i'm going to stop now i'll add another comment when i get out of the psychiatric unit thanks so much again for your videos thanks so much for giving me some ways Tó survive too. ❤
