My husband and I made these cookies virtually every week during lockdown. Comforting familiarity listening to the measurements. New kitchen is looking gorgeous!
Tip: break the eggs first in a seperate bowl/cup. That way you can see if the're ok, instead of maybe losing your batter! Also, instead of the alu foil, buy a silicon mat? They are cheap and you can use them over and over again ❤
You can always test your eggs by putting them in a clear glass/bowl of cold water. If They’re off they will turn upwards, if they’re ok they sink horizontally 😊

Ok ! Now this is crazy ! I went digging your blog yesterday for this exact recipe ! I had a craving for good cookies . It is THE BEST ! I am eating one as I watch and type . Swapped the hazelnuts for Almonds since I was out of hazelnuts. Still fab !

The miso white chocolate cookies are in my regular rotation. My coworkers were fascinated by them the last time I brought them to work, they'd never thought about miso in a cookie before.

I’ve been making your cookies for years - we have Cookie Saturday in our house. I made a peanut variation where you use the same amount of chocolate but this time dark, 125g of butter, 95g peanut butter and 50g roasted peanuts.

The kitchen is stunning!!! The cookies also look great. My fave recipe uses melted butter instead to help the cookies spread to be crispy on the edges and soft and chewy in the middle (like a subway cookie)

Bake at 350F for 8-10. If you bake at 425 they will burn. (230C is about 425F)

This is my go to recipe and I love it!!! I usually make the cookies much smaller (just preference) but they always turn out amazing! And I love having the dough frozen so I can have a fresh baked cookie whenever I want one
The cookies look really great. They are similar to a recipe I used to make which I loved, so will definitely be trying these. The only thing is with this video, you look too far away from the camera you need a closer camera set up. Maybe try a table top tripod.
