On Ivara it should be noted that while using navigator (as in you're controlling the projectile) you're actually force turned invisible even if your prowl isn't active at the time and you stay invisible regardless of what noise the weapon actually makes. Also navigator especially with empowered quiver and its own augment is a *very* funny skill.
Minor fact check: Punchthrough projectiles cannot hit the same target more than once. So when you say "Repeatedly hit the target inside the bubble", that is slightly inaccurate. The dread is strong enough to appear to blenderise the enemies, but once their HP and armour outscales your damage, you will notice you need multiple shots to finish them off. This has always been true of infinite punchthrough projectiles for as long as I've played, which is part of why I never saw Nova/Nataruk as a problem. It's still a great synergy though, especially if you throw split flights into the mix, as every projectile will hit every enemy once.
@@JonathanJ159 You'll want to test that theory more thoroughly. If that were true, you could kill anything that entered with a completely modless weapon, as the projectile would repeatedly hit the enemies until they died. This is not the case, and just to be sure, I actually tested the theory to try and prove myself wrong before making my initial comment. If you can provide some proof that I'm wrong on this, I'd be very happy to see it.
There's punch-through and then there's projectile 'life' which is synergistic with (although not the same as) speed. I hadn't noticed that part that you mentioned though.

One of my biggest problems with using mag is I don't find enemies strong enough to survive her in the first place. They all just die. Arca plasma, tetra, battacor, penta, etc. but I could see this. Adding an incredibly nice fashion frame to her as well.
Imagine the dread plus huras kubrow on dante. Good luck mister level cap enemy trying to kill that. Thats like loki with roomclear nuke+group utility, almost octavia levels of insane. But sadly kullervo wont have much use for it, would be so cool to have stealth on demand for him without annoying gimmics.
Oh hey try using garuda or trins ability somewhere on mags so your bubble keeps pulling during its entire live. I personally like trins ability with the augment. Orb generation ontop of status immunity AND dreads invisibly is real nice.
Mag was the first thing I tried as soon as I got the augment lol. It honestly wasn’t that much better than just using nataruk or exergis because all the enemies die too fast anyway. I can’t play mag without magnetized discharge anymore.

@istvanszilagyi9384 come on, bro. 98% of weapons are terrible? That's just plain ridiculous. A weapon doesn't have to be the absolute best for it to be amazing. If that was the case, everyone would be rocking the same frame, primary, secondary, and melee for most of the game and never experiment or switch things up. You can clear most of the game with nearly any weapon if you really wanted to
novas portal trick was pretty hands off afk ish farming strat...they dont like that very much. But still a dumb excuse, just 1 degree off and the projectile will be gone with time.

@@ParoParo Mags bubble will not do the blender effect unless there are 2 or more enemies inside of it.. then punch through is taken into account.

Try going for level cap with Arca plasmor or penta

the only downside is i can't look at my p2w heirloom skin as much very good build
Spending less time staring at butt is huge DPS increase
Sadly I missed the anniversary so I was thinking the exact opposite... lmao
I have always used the Nataruk on Mag since I find it so satisfying, looks like Dread may become my new favorite
I’ve always found Bows so satisfying and fun too, can’t wait to try this build lmao
.... I've never tried a bow on Mag. I may have to give this a try.
Especially when you have blood altar on her
Yeah that augment is awesome, playing with the dread feels so good rn
So Arcane trickery can trigger it as well?
For charging incarnon just pop a bubble on someone and aim above them the bubble will force ur arrow right into their head.

What skin are you using on your Ivara?
Any chance in these vids you could touch on the Riven you may use, or what to target when rolling? Thanks!

I agree. Magnetized Discharge is damn near mandatory lol 🥂
You sold me on it ty
in cases like this, when is it roar and when is it nourish on the subsume?
I'm not as sure myself, but I know roar applies twice on dot effects, it's basically a universal faction mod.
Brief Respite on mag tho?
What archon shards did you have on Mag?
Didn't they change it so that Dread, Paris and Nataruk can hit enemies only once per projectile?
time to unloki my Loki
Wait stealth mag is a crazy concept lol
Nataruk it remains a king
Hey your mic volume is a smidge low.
This will be my cascade mag primary along with dual tox with fortifier which i already use
Why not split flights
Ivara and mag are my leas used frames but now i jave a plan , thx 🙏
NOW THATS ALOT OF DAMAGE
👍
I need mag in my life
I mean you said the Hate augment DESTROYS and that was a nothingburger
wf youtubers have to clickbait cause 98% of weapons are dogshit and you cant pay the bills on 2 incarnon videos weekly
it doesnt destroy ?
Just because you don't know how to build for it doesn't mean it does nothing. Spend some time in simulacrum

It's funny how DE is okay with Mag's bubble benefiting from infinite punchthrough such as Nataruk and Dread Incarnon but not with Mag Portals...

its not actually infinite tbh. another poster commented this recently.
@@Sneyek I suppose they could’ve made novas portal projectiles duration based like Mags bubble.
