Make sure to pressure test these and train them with live resistance,a fight isn’t pretty, remember, train reality bro,Bring back the old ways,I’m on that journey with u to bro🥋✝️🦋

The only problem is, how do you train eye poking, nut hitting/grabbing, head stomping or soccer kicking with full resistance in a safe way? No sparring ruleset allows that, and it would not be any safe lmao.

The Shorin Ryu karate comes in part from Shaolin. Shorin loosely translates to Shaolin way. They are all related some way or another.

Kara-te literally means chinese hand. Karate is for historical and practical purposes a chinese martial art. I wouldn't call it directly shaolin kungfu, but they definitely overlap a great deal.
