  • Hard day at work? Stressed? A thousand things on your to-do-list? Then you're probably familiar with neck and shoulder tension.
The Red Light reflex of protection, worry, and slumping - where the face goes forward, jaw tenses, eyes squint, chest collapses, shoulders hunch up and inward, and everything tightens in towards the center - puts strain on your neck and shoulders. They tense up and don't know how to let go.
Watch this video to learn how to safely and gently release this tension - without stretching! We're willing to bet you'll sleep better tonight because of it.

Seems most people need the 2 videos you just released! This information and these movements are exactly what I've been trying to find the last few days and hadn't... yet. Now I know it's because I just needed to be patient a couple more days 😂 THANK YOU!!! ❤

Just wondering if this would be safe to do if you have had a recent rotator cuff tear about 6 weeks ago?

If you have been cleared for movement by your doctor/surgeon and are allowed to go to physical therapy, then yes, this is a very safe (and helpful!) movement to do. All you're doing is releasing further tension in your shoulder girdle and that can only be good.
