You two were made for each other lol! My wife and I are like that. We often muse that one day God was looking over his "odds and ends pieces" and said, you know, these two would go together so he put us in proximity to each other so that we found each other and we never looked back. In our 70's now and we know that we are each others last partner because we no longer have time to train a new recruit lol!! Love you two and enjoy sharing your adventures!

I bought an estate property when I got the opportunity two years ago. I thought my cabin was gross! Watching this video, I am blessed! My previous owner was thankfully obsessed with lumber and tarps, aluminum louvered windows and a dozen or more 20lb propane tanks. Can’t agree more. Just give it some time and perhaps change the clean up process. John Deer that mofo. Or use some of those shovels. Brooke put some ivy in the ground and watch it grow over the concrete. 😄

Love you two, I'm so excited to see what you do with this property. I do hope you still haul all the trash away from the bunker. I would use some timber to make a simple roof, and plant some natural climbing vines to grow up the sides. May God bless you always.
Aye for a structure that size, it wouldn't take much for a good roof. Most of the materials are already on site, depending on skill, time, resources, and knowledge. Some vines or other foliage is a good idea, especially on that kind of wall.

looks like a place someone might consider liveable: once cleared; as some people who might fancy it and can see what they can do with it to suit their needs, could develop their own crash pad seems someone thought it was ok years before. does not look like whoever lived there: left in a good way; and did they go back at all?
Lol, watched this one second.....boy did you change your mind on cleaning that out! Dave sure lucked-out on that block of mess! You are one hard worker! Now to your happy place!
What a challenge ! It could be worse ! There could be "critters" that have made home in all that debris ! Trash and Treasure Galore for sure ! The two of you are Awesome together !
That bunker reminds me of one of those mystery boxes people used to sell. One surprise after another. I was wondering if there was cash tucked into the pages of those magazines. Treasure hunt to be continued. Looking forward to seeing what you guys build 😁❤️❤️
It’s part of being a good steward....you were gifted that land . It’s the same where I live....the previous stewards took it to what they were capable of....they died then I bought the property ...I’ll take it as far as I’m capable then the next person comes in....it’s all a blessing and cycle.

From Mississippi to the landfill of wherever! Thanks to the both of you for the awesome and informative videos. Can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store! Be safe and may the Lord bless you guys on your off the grid adventures!
I understood what you're going thru immediately. When we bought the neighors property to have more land the cabins and buildings on it seemed in iur imagination easy to clear. Two years later we are still claering. For people watching it now, off grid work is not as easy as in an urban setting. Everything you pick up has to be stored somewhere for you to pick up again later to take it away. End up touching the same debris and dirt over and over untill it finally leaves your trailer or car. And the feeling than is an hours long smile. Good luck Brooke.
Oh man, I bet you couldn't wait to get into the shower after this clean out! You are braver than I am, I don't know if I could dig in there like you did. This is going to be a fun project to watch! I am sure the land is gorgeous though, so it's a great trade off, I am sure😊 Oops, I made this comment before I watched the whole video & you mentioned a shower towards the end:)
Ya'll got me intrigued as to what all is still in there under the collapsed portion of the roof. I was also hoping to see more items being displayed on the table, even if you were just gonna throw them away later only because I'm so curious as to what all was left behind.
You should name the structure Bag End. It appears he barely got the concrete walls done before winter and decided to lay his 2x4s for the roof over the structure and tarp it for winter. Then after a winter of cabin fever he left and never returned.
This was the most funniest vid EVER!! I so enjoyed it and I’m looking forward to learning what u clowns are going to do with it. You two are so made for each other and I continue to see what the Lord had instilled in you both❣️
I definitely agree with focusing on a better location on the land. Clear out all the junk in the building and let nature have it at it. I'm in the southern US and I am planning on saving up and buying a piece of land cash paid. I would love a few cabins on the land, a creek, some peace, and a good fire. Thanks for the videos, you both are an inspiration.
I can smell this video! Lol My husband and I did just this on our property two years ago. It was abandoned and then locals used it as their personal landfill. It's on the up and up now, we tore it down and built a garage on the old homesite.
Great episode! That pair of jeans told me all I needed to know about that "bunker" Gorgeous plot of land - that pink fireweed and the tree behind you at the end - Great plot All the Best
Thank god they haven't invented smell-o-vision yet!! I do look forward to seeing what treasures you do find. Can you get any backstory from the previous owners?
Hi Brooke, I'm new to RUclips, love your channel. Just watched your 7/2/2018 video, "Why the Hate?". Thank you, thank you, thank you. You made me realize that I don't know "behind the scenes" and that I am allowed to be positive when reaching out in the comments. Life is easier when I'm positive ... and I love making comments now. Love ya 🤗
First felicitations! Second, how awesome to find this bunker! I know it must not be fun to clean. Glad there was no bodies. Thanx for sharing. Stay blessed! 😎❣️✌🏻🖖🏻

Yay..! Our favourite outdoor couple. Can just see both your mind working at the future of the Bunker. Can't wait to see what creative addition you both will make to make this into a livable shack. Maybe a livable Watchtower.!? Glad to see Mrs. Radical wearing gloves. Oops..sorry Mr. Radical, see you've got gloves on too now. Hazmat suit is a great idea mate. Please make sure it's not Bigfoot country. Cowabunga folks. Stay safe. Greetings from Australia.
Just watched Daves, this is pretty cool to have , Yes there is a lot of garbage and some possibly useful items , but sure would be nice if you could clear it out and make something of it as it is part of history of your property. Put on some mask's and suites. I love this could be possible if the walls are good. thanks for bring us with you two.

It appears he barely got the concrete walls done before winter and decided to lay his 2x4s for the roof over the structure and tarp it for winter. Then after a winter of cabin fever he left and never returned.
You still have to clean up that old building site , and return it to nature, then start new up on the ridge , good luck, you two absolutely got this !
I so needed some Brooke & Dave time ! Thanks you two. If ever there were soul mates, you two are the poster couple for it. 😍
You two guys are sooo Dang Great. I watch both channels, but when you two are together you are the best
This was the most funniest vid EVER!! I so enjoyed it and I’m looking forward to learning what u clowns are going to do with it. You two are so made for each other and I continue to see what the Lord had instilled in you both❣️
I like each of your channels but I love it when you are working together - you are a hoot!
Ya’ll are great working together. Can’t wait to see how this turns out!! ♥️🙏🏼♥️
I love the sense of humor the 2 of you have.
I definitely agree with focusing on a better location on the land. Clear out all the junk in the building and let nature have it at it. I'm in the southern US and I am planning on saving up and buying a piece of land cash paid. I would love a few cabins on the land, a creek, some peace, and a good fire. Thanks for the videos, you both are an inspiration.
awesome thanks!
I can smell this video! Lol My husband and I did just this on our property two years ago. It was abandoned and then locals used it as their personal landfill. It's on the up and up now, we tore it down and built a garage on the old homesite.
Love it! You guys are so funny! I can't wait to see what you build next!
She does all the work, he offers verbal support, perfect!
Blessings on the new adventure!.. you both crack me up 😅 the property looks absolutely beautiful!! 💜
Great episode! That pair of jeans told me all I needed to know about that "bunker" Gorgeous plot of land - that pink fireweed and the tree behind you at the end - Great plot All the Best
you guys' rock! can't wait to see what yall do there nice. love both you're channels.
Thanks for bringing us, along!👍🙏❤️🇺🇸
Thank god they haven't invented smell-o-vision yet!! I do look forward to seeing what treasures you do find. Can you get any backstory from the previous owners?
I hear that! I might have to stop watching soon. 🤢🤮🤢🤮
I would like to see you finish cleaning up the bunker and continue removing all the trash and toxic waste. That piece of land can be beautiful too 🌲
good one, stay safe and enjoy the new property..
Thanks 👍
Hi Brooke, I'm new to RUclips, love your channel. Just watched your 7/2/2018 video, "Why the Hate?". Thank you, thank you, thank you. You made me realize that I don't know "behind the scenes" and that I am allowed to be positive when reaching out in the comments. Life is easier when I'm positive ... and I love making comments now. Love ya 🤗
First felicitations! Second, how awesome to find this bunker! I know it must not be fun to clean. Glad there was no bodies. Thanx for sharing. Stay blessed! 😎❣️✌🏻🖖🏻
Keep the card table legs and cut off the top part! Totally reusable if it’s an old one. I can’t wait to see what you two do with this. Really fun to watch!
Congratulations
You two are awesome love your content and adventures
You guys are so much fun! Enjoy the nice side of your new place. We can't wait to see more :)
Congratulations . Lol on the mouthwash.
That was hilarious and gross!!! 😂
Man, I totally agree with you on this one...blech...lol... can't wait to see what you create at the new spot, which is GORGEOUS! 🥳
Brooke is ALWAYS such a hard worker . Hubby …. Not so much 🧐
He’s always sitting around while Brooke is working , cleaning , cooking , setting up … etc… in almost every video .
I know..slouching
He works just as hard as she does. You need to go back in his catalog of videos, or hers. He does plenty enough work
It seems that way since he’s filming this one. He isn’t filming his own work. They both have separate channels and he does a TUN of heavy stuff
wow such sad assumptions to complete strangers
@@therealgirlinthewoods assumptions ? Videos don’t lie .
The bags were for chem bio nuc warefare - common in this kind of ‘find’.
Great interactions between the two of you.
Can't wait to see what you do with the property!
Living in the woods is my dream
