The main light, an Amaran 100d with an Aputure Softbox (or any large light), is positioned at a 45-degree angle from the top left, relatively close to my face. The second light is placed on the opposite side in the background, using a similar color temperature.

How I just binge watched a series and was thinking of focusing on my goals and suddenly your video pops. You don't know me and 5 minutes ago I did not know you. But now I am seeing your video.
