So choose one little habit you know you can implement daily, and focus on adding it to your life for one week. After that week, focus on implementing that habit for two weeks. Then three. Thanks! If you were looking for a video idea I’d love a video on how to set up or chose a routine. I know that routines are useful, like what order you do stuff in the mornings, but I have ADHD and I don’t have a single routine. like at some point I wash my face and brush teeth and start working and I’ll maybe exercise most days but not at the same time. Anyway If you had some examples of good routines to try to follow that would be epic

Make your bed, and you’ll find out that you’re lucky to have your bed done. It’ll remove some unluckyness from your life. Define unlucky in a clear statement, and cut it down piece by piece
