    It is crazy to see what kind of damage turtles can create to each other. We often accept ones missing toes but many regenerate them oddly. Thank you for sharing real-world situations and not sugar coating reptile care..

    His eyes are beautiful he looks like a dinosaur underwater this series is soo cool I love seeing them swim around naturally!! I wish u could set up trail cams underwater so we could see the big pond or to see the ones on land

    Your rec pond is like a underwater studio!!? Maybe one day you can get some extensive lighting in there for a night dive!!? Probably would need specialized lighting or something but if it works it would be a awesome video!!!!

    Get yourself some aponogeton dystachios. That is a must have pond plant, especially since yours is huge. They dont gett too big, and they spread nicely. Plus their tubers and flowers are edible, and their flowers are weird looking! But extremely beautiful, and they smell like absolute heaven!!!

    I just love this turtles eyes. They are so pretty and sharp looking. While i love this turtle, I really wanna see Clyde. Kenan please go on a hunt for Clyde the one you said you haven't seen for years.

    Amazing reptiles. Some of the oldest living things on this planet. Could only imagine what they would say if they could talk. Amazing videos, thanks for all the hard work you do for these animals and just animal conservation in general! We need more people like you my friend!

    The snapping turtle that your looking for will have lite to medium damage around its face as well. Im thinking you've got at least a 65 lb snapper that claims his spot in your pond. Your gonna have to drain the pond maybe.

    It's totally crazy you mentioned the book you're listening to. I have been watching a lot of footage on Kanzi the Bonobo, my gosh how FREAKING smart he is! I mean unreal smart and the bonobo are even more human like and way smarter than chimpanzees!! If you've not seen any footage of him I totally suggest you do. Love watching your videos as always, one quick question, can regular people schedule a visit to see your wonderful place and maybe meet some of the animals? I know you have other animal people on but I wasn't sure about Joe public lol. I have animals but they are of the furry kind😉. Thanks again for all you do to help the wildlife!

      @@Mooffgamesgamer THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm going in search of them next week. I wonder if they prefer storage lots, trailer home lots or industrial lots? Maybe there are several species. I have a feeling they are shy and elusive since I'm just learning about them. But hey I'm not turtle expert, there might be several down at Walmart lot RIGHT NOW for all I know. I wonder if they hang out or eat lot lizards?

    I love how everything is all natural.... those natural enclosures are so much better for the animals. I hate to see animals living in concrete ponds and enclosures... you can tell they don't like it, plus it gives them a bad looking rub on their shell or scales depending on the type of reptile. Thanks for all the amazing work you do. Would love to see some videos on *Sea Turtles*

    Love it when you submerge! Just an observation. Hard to believe that this turtle we are watching is the culprit. He doesn’t appear to have an aggressive nature.

    Isolate that turtle and if the attacks continue you’ll know it isn’t him. If it stops then it was him.

    Another great video , hear is a little tip i learned Scuba Diving in South Florida instead of spit i your mask to keep it from fogging up use about a half inch line of Crest toothpaste then spread it around the entire inside glass of the mask then wash it off in the water you now not only have a clean good smelling mask to wear but it won’t fog on you i tried all the commercially sold products dive shops sold , raw Potatoe, Spit, and every other “trick “ i could find and the toothpaste was the best as well as cheap one tube lasted me over 250 logged dives and often i would share with whoever else i was diving with ! Another plus is the heavy duty foil tube holds up very well inside a packed dive bag full of gear !

    Hey I've been watching your videos for awhile now and I just started keep a tortoise again, a small eastern box turtle. Years ago I had a alligator snapping turtle with 2 sliders and he bit the heads off of them and they were the same size, so that may be your problem. Keep up the great work!

    I don't think it was him, I believe it was an alligator snapping turtle. They are the ones in our local pond who have attacked other turtles in "their" area.

    Dont snapping turtles sit with their mouth open with their tongue wiggling like a worm? If so couldn't one of the smaller turtles think it is a real worm,go for it and get their heads crushed by the snapping turtle? Thats my guess for what its worth.

      Yeah, regular Snappers are active hunters and will swim after prey. Alligator snappers are the ones that wait with the worm tongue.

    I hope you get the one who's chomping out of there. Poor babies, they are all such gentle and humble little critters, I hate to see them hurt. I'm not a fan of the snappers. 🤨
