i want to buy this neck knife which grind style do you recommend? i was thinking scandi since I've never tried it and I want the more heavy duty option for batoning and general use around the campsite when I don't want to use a bigger knife
@@Danielxperez14 this one sir will do just fine especially if you’re not use to a Scandi grind.

Scandi more of a wood cutter and the mid saber is more all rounder.
I'm really glad they came out with these mini's. For the past 2yrs those neck knife sized fixed blades is what I prefer to beat on over my expensive folders. I slip them in my waistline or take the clip off and carry them in my pocket. I'll certainly be picking up one of these.

Id like to see this compared to a mora eldris
I wish I had a Eldris.
@@LegionTacticoolCutlery i was slightly disappointed by my eldris light duty due to it having a considerable micro bevel. Normally my scandis get a natural micro bevel that is not as influencial to cutting with sharpening(your eyes cannot see it, just some blurr on the edge).
