- I LOVE colorful photos, so I use this little Vibrance and Saturation trick to boost color and preserve skin tones in Adobe Lightroom CC... it's simple and really awesome! Next time you edit a photo, try this, you'll be amazed at the power of vibrance and saturation!
In this video I explain how Vibrance and Saturation work (might not be what you expected!) and I give you an amazing technique to use to keep skin tones in tact while pushing tons of colors.

Love the simplicity and enthusiasm to teach! Thanks man!
This is the best & simplest trick. I spend so many hours watching videos to learn something new, & it's really rare that I find something I didn't know. THANK YOU!!!! And it's so simple, I can't believe I never thought of it.
Way too excited for this YAY!!! 😍
I really like the way you’re explaining the process & the result. Good job
This is so simple yet powerful. Can wait to try!
Very useful, thanks! That is the perfect approach for certain images and worth having in the toolbox.
Such a great tip and easy to use! Thank you!
really appreciate the yellow and blue light, good little detail
Thanks! Thought it would be a nice touch
*Oct 2020 Update:* Just released brand new Presets, check them out here: keeganrobin.com/presets/pp1
Great tip! I often do just the opposite. I slightly increase the saturation (somewhere around 3 to 6 points) and decrease the vibration a little more (from 5 to 14, for example). Of course, each case is different.
Yeah I do that sometimes too. Some photos are served better by increasing the saturation.
Keegan is a cool unique name I heard/read. BTW this straight to the point tips without any fancy. Would love to see more more more videos thanks!
Game changer! Just what I needed
Bro!! love it thank you so much. This helped major!!. I have this new client and she is critical when it comes to her brand's color
Very useful, thanks!
Amazing tutorial. Until watching it i totally underrated a good balance between skin tones and the overall picture vibrance like you showed in the reversed part. Sometimes lightroom tutorials teach more about perception than the technical aspects and this video was definetley one of them 👌
Glad it was helpful! I definitely want to keep focusing on the "perception" side of things rather than technical on my channel. That includes creativity and perceiving the world out when taking photos!
Great trick dude! Use this one all the time 👌
Nice!! It's my favourite
Learnt something new today in my journey into photography 🙃
I love that I'm watching you speak to me from outer space
You can also just adjust the saturation color by color for more accuracy on each tone
Great tip! Thanks!
All done you deserve it
thank you so much! this helped me so much!
Glad to help :)
Really informative! Gonna definitely use this one
Awesome! Glad to help. 😁
You got my support men. I just subscribe. 🙂 Keep up the good work.
I love my Sony A7Riv, but those skin tones drive me crazy. This was the simplest way I’ve seen to get decent ones in post. Thank you!
Yeah Sonys are weird but getting better. A7Siii is pretty decent at this point, hope they keep it up
Amazing ty

Helped me
This is great info! Thanks :) btw do you sell any Lightroom presets ?
Thanks! Working on it :)
Ini kali pertama aku mengetahui itu 👏👏
Finally found a video where they weren't trying to give the subject a fake tan. Natural skin tones are almost impossible on digital but these are pretty close!
Yeah especially with all the colour profiles and sciences. I wish there were more colour graphs and metering in Lightroom
Nice
boost vibrance
reduce saturation
cool🎵😎
Simple is best 👍🏻
OK SUPER
Keegan: Dont worry this is fake
Me: dont worry I want to learn how you did that
Very simple and learn so easy. Thanks lot. Vasu.N
watching from india 👍👍
There's no such a thing as perfect skin tone.
I appreciate the tip, but the title is a bit misleading. It should read something more like "How to make colors pop while maintaining natural skin tone". Still looking how to achieve perfect skin tone.
Nice
