ACR/Lightroom results are identical! They use the same rendering engine in Adobe. Just different interfaces. C1 will look 90% like the LR/ACR version but can never be identical due to differences in how the C1 and Adobe engines render raw files. Maybe one day they will agree on a standard. I can only hope!
Since you offer presets for Capture One, it would be nice to see you use C1 for a demo like this. They always seem to be focused on LR. I hope you consider.
How do you approach a session where you capture a variety of skin tones. For example, how would you edit a headshot session with a variety of skin tones from very light to very dark. Is there an in-between preset to use as a base, and how to I edit the images evenly so they all across the board look the same? How can we edit to honor all the tones, but keep the images all looking the same. Does this make sense?
You will know as you adjust. Usually it is not terrible on any skin tone if you get one skin tone dialed in. But some films are slightly better for certain skin tones.
LOVE THIS EDITING VIDEO! QUESTION: Do you ever start the process by hitting the AUTO TONE button? I have found this to be helpfull for me...
Would love to see a video like this in editing skin tones in Capture One Pro!!
We made one for C1 users! Check it out - ruclips.net/video/PYYRL6F1UCU/видео.html
@@mastinlabs thanks! 😎😊
Thanks this was very helpful.
You're welcome!
What's the difference between the presets on ACR/Lightroom vs Capture One? Do they look very similar or can you see a clear difference?

Are there any tools like the Vectorscope from FCPX in Lightroom?
I'm not sure. Maybe?

I have a Hasselblad X1D do you have camera profile for this camera for your presets?
All of our Lightroom presets are universal, meaning they will work for all all cameras including the X1D.
Is this work for fuji camera only?
Great question! Our presets are designed for Lightroom and CaptureOne, for all digital images :)
Just too much stammering and talking in breaks and nonsense chattering ... too much, i cant listen anymore.
