Never occurred to me to pay attention to the order of numerical values within highlights mid-tones and shadows in the RGB channels for working out to balance the tones or achieve the colour I need for anything else, I used it more instinctively, but this makes so much sense. Thank you!

GLAD I FOUND YOU! Even though most of my subjects are people of color with DIFFERNT skin tones, Your editing tips are VERY HELPFUL! Checking the white balance is key, and I agree with you that the more you can do in camera the easier your workload will be. THANKS FOR THIS... HG

Watched your video without audio only with subtitles, awesome tips will definetly try this, i had issue setting correct white balance on my niece birthday due lack of custom kelvin setting in my D3300, last time i used an white handkerchief to record white, it worked a little back then, house has orange walls, it affect skin tone alot. Do you know that you should never touch with your fingers on the colour square on the colour checker?

Based on the 'one click' solutions on sampling either the 'eye sclera', or a 'specific grey item' captured in the photo. Which is going to give the most accurate skin tone result? Thanks for your knowledge.

I put my camera on Auto WB and use the eye-dropper tool in LR and choose a neutral color in the photo to fix it. I can't trust my eyes being colorblind

Cringed when you held up the Color Checker with your fingers on the color squares.

Well for a guy who's video has a horrible blown out face, shows no end results of any of the programs sections he plays aroud in, I would stay clear this As it will only discourage you and highly over complicate the matter., Yes, absolutely no idea how of to make the skin tones.correct and is only showing you how the sliders work when you play around with them... Very funny
