voltage test .... vevor 72v solar swimming pool pump voltage testing .. where's the 72v???

I was testing to see what the voltage output for the 72 volt pump is. I didn't get anything close to 72 volts out of any of the wires..
please if you know where the 72 volts is please comment below.. Thanks...
