Very nice review on a great vehicle. However, no behind the wheel was included. We test drove one recently and found it to be very solid and amazingly quiet. Still might get oil dilution because of the design of the engine. I'd change the oil at least every 3000 miles and let the turbo cool down by idling a few minutes after each drive.Change CVT fluid every 30,000 miles, and then hope for the best past warranty.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but the CRV finally looks like a true SUV that’s aggressive, refined. Not so minivan like. I wonder when they will ditch their signature D Pillar lol
Takes 87 octane, but 93 octane stops oil dilution according to some. Honda says at least 87. But is it worth the extra cost of the high octane gas? This is what you get when they make that small of an engine with that high of pressure. There's gonna be weaknesses for longterm reliability, and questions... The way I see it - take good care of it and don't drive is super hard, change oil every 3000 and let turbo cool down 1 or 2 minutes after each drive, and it can last 100 to 150,000 without major repairs Not sure on the CVT. Probably should change fluid every 30k
Yes on the interior footage, exposure is a little dark. On the other hand I don't like the HDR stuff where they take all the shadows out. "There's shadows in life, babe."
I bought this car after watching your video but there are lot of short comings with this new model. II spent $44,000 on this car. Despite the sleek looks, the hybrid version falls short on mileage, providing only 26 mpg. In addition, the sensors in my car stopped working just after a week, despite resetting them multiple times. This has caused significant safety concerns, as the lane change and wiper sensors often fail to work, leaving me stranded in the middle of a drive. Even the lights are practically inefficient in the dark or rain, making it difficult to drive safely. It seems that Honda prioritized the exterior design of the car and jacked up the price without focusing on the car's functional features. What's worse, if you add even a bit of extra weight, the car starts to make a loud rumbling noise and the engine struggles to move the car forward. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable and safe car.
