I’m fine with parallel parking but with tight spots in London I struggle sometimes, do you think the car would help me to get into these tight spots or it would say the space is just not big enough?

That's a big ass space, try some narrow one.
Does DIG-T n-tec+ version has this function?
If the camera screen has a PA button then yes. Pretty sure it was optional extra
How do you select park assist to get it to do it?
When you press camera, it should show the PA button on screen

Does your car definitely have 360 camera? Check under the wing mirrors for a camera
