    Mevo PiP and unlimited multicam is really evolving the Mevo system! What do you think of this latest addition?

    A friend, I learned that in Panasonic you can focus on a photo through a smartphone, but if Panasonic learns to focus through the application on a video, then all these tracking and manual focusing will lose their meaning, I hope you give advice to Pansonic engineers!

      I have no idea what you’re saying… and this video is on Mevo. I’m confused.

    I was using pip in Mevo pro on an iPad. How do I save the stream (of continuous Multicam views). My example is that I was streaming a baseball game with views from 3 cameras in one screen using pip and want a copy of the single view of 3 not just the individual view from each loaded sd card by camera. Thanks.

      @photojoseph  6 месяцев назад

      If I understand your question correctly- you want a dedicated recording of each camera? That’s what the microSD card in each camera is for. That will record the full resolution, highest quality stream for re-editing later.

      I was afraid my question wasn’t very well worded. I am trying to get all three views on one sd card so the coach can watch the pitcher pitch and simultaneously see the batters feet (he wants for player development). I was playing that view on FB live. Is there a button so I can save that view from Multicam through the iPad?

      Oh I see. Yeah the iPad can record the program. I think it is called “save locally” or something like that.

    I recently did this in my last live stream I had all three camera setup and on the screen at the same time
    01 wide angle ( full screen)
    02 up close (pip)
    03 audience view (pip)
    04 corner bug ULC logo
    05 CB-LRC stream name
    what I wish Logitech to do now that we have picture-in-picture mode to make a scene card replaceing of camera card
    this way we can have as many scenes as we want with the cameras positioned any effects positioned in any way we want kind of like OBS but on the go
    this way we can actually change the camera Leo as above from
    01 (Fs) + 02 (pip + 03 (pip)+
    to
    02 (Fs) + 01 (pip + 03 (pip)+
    or
    03 (Fs) + 02 (pip + 01 (pip)+
    because right now you cannot do that the best you can get is this
    02 (Fs) + 02 (pip + 03 (pip)+
    where you missed out on camera 01 or (??)
    I hope Logitech eventually does this because it would make everything so much better you would have all the cameras in all the time if you wanted to just changing the main View Camera cheating the main view source picture and pictures
    cameras would just become another source instead of a main scene

      💯 that’d be a great addition and I think a natural progression!

    Thanks for the video. We've moved away from the Mevo but keen to one day go back & use it as a 3rd or 4th camera in an atem or yolobox. Don't think it's possible. Has this changed yet?

    • @photojoseph
      @photojoseph  Год назад +1

      It hasn't. Of course the Mevo can't add HDMI out, however the Yolo could add NDI support (potentially). You should ask Yolo to add that. The more that ask, the more likely it'll happen!

    Thanks for this great video. Can you control Mevos with Companion?

    • @photojoseph

      Unfortunately no… but that would be awesome. Worth asking Mevo for!!

  • @carpetbomberz

    I'm impressed with all the customization (pip size/position) and now background layouts. And it's all on the iOS app. Very compelling. Definitely makes it more competitive with YoloBox Pro with the Cams + software app.

    • @photojoseph
      @photojoseph  Год назад

      Totally. Now if Yolo added NDI support… woohoo!

    Great video, on your thumbnail however you appear “larger” then the border of the pip. Is this possible in a live stream?

    • @photojoseph
      @photojoseph  Год назад

      Eh, no… it’s just an illustration. Very difficult to illustrate “picture in picture” creatively in a thumbnail! Thanks for watching!

    Is there a limit to the number of PiPs you can add? We need four (one in each corner).

    • @photojoseph
      @photojoseph  8 месяцев назад

      Hmm, I did this video a while ago but I _think_ the limitations are only by hardware. You should check with Mevo though.

      @@DocFUNKist I wouldn’t ever recommend GoPros as a full time live solution. This setup is easier and cheaper for sure. But there’s no way to insert videos in, no. That is an unfortunate limitation.

      @@photojoseph i understand… I have to say GoPros served me very well the last 2/3 years and I have 2 GoPro 5 1 GP 7 and 1 GP 8… but when I saw your setup earlier wow… such easy plug and play with no cable… I wish I knew about this earlier… I need to sell all my equipment and invest in this… the video isn’t a big miss as we don’t have this option on Atem sadly…
