Dear Lon, it's nice that this one is sponsored, it's not too many people that are going to be drooping $1500 on cameras that aren't pretty serious about what they wish to get done. It's not normally in the budget for zoom calls or general telephony, unless you're quite the baller. And while it's true there are are great features to leverage once you're using the multicam app. I propose something different. Please show us ALL the juice you can squeeze out of the system when using ONLY one camera. Show us how to exploit the app to its fullest to put up other on screen element, pictures, timers etc. Lets see what $500 worth of camera can do, before you show us how cool $1500 worth of cameras is. No kidding it's cool.
Thank you Lon for a great overview. Our channel is just getting up and running and we were considering the Mevo system as a good place to start in our small studio. Your video really helped use decide to move forward with this system. Great information as always!
Hello, congratulations for your explanatory video, I have a question, we are an audiovisual association and we want to record football matches or other events and we have 6 Logitch cameras, what is the wifi system you are using? advise? Thanks very much
HI Lon ! thanks for taking on this series, just what the Doctor ordered :). Great, detailed but easy to follow content. I purchased the 3 pack to do live panel shoots. It would be great if you could pull something like that off. I´m looking forward to all of your future shows about Mevo.
Hello Lon, This video is super helpful. Just to confirm, If we wanted to insert PowerPoint slides will have to make them pictures and shrink them to 16x9 ?
Hi Lon. You do great vids. I recently bought the 3-pack multicam and a Galaxy Active Tab Pro. All works great. I was the one who brought up the issue of no output to notepad SD and happy to say that Logitech responded that they have that on the "to fix" list. 😁 I plan to use it to make vids in the field and just record to file. BUT, I might want to stream later. Problem is my notepad is wifi only. I use my cell phone as a hotspot to it if I need internet. My question to You is: Is it possible to connect my notepad attached to my phone's hotspot to stream? If so, how?
I was able to get the picture in picture set up and my cameras set up but how do I make it so that the picture in picture camera that’s in the bottom corner is not going to show up on the main camera anymore. I only want my other two views to show up on the main camera in the picture in picture to stay in the bottom corner.
This is awesome! I was wondering, whether it is the camera or the app. that is doing all this magic? I mean, can we add the stream from a different, existing camera? Is there any other way or app. to do the same with already existing cameras at present? One more question, is there any lag? Thank for the video.
So the magic is all in-app but it requires Mevo cameras to work. But you can use the older Mevo cameras with it too. I covered some of the lag settings in the first video in the series, there's a little bit but can be adjusted based on your network conditions.
Hi Lon. Hope you can help by answering a question. I have the 3pack and installed multicam app. I don't plan to stream and just want to record the final output to my notepad. Everything is good EXCEPT that the recorded file is saving to my notepad INTERNAL storage. I want to save it to the SD card in my notepad. I can't find any way to change the app settings to point to the SD card!! (Yes, my notepad shows the SD card in my Files directory). Help Please!!
Would be nice to have the option to tie the lower third titles to a camera view so that even with auto director the correct name would come up with the camera angle the AI chooses.
Specifically make a video showing the best you can do with graphics and whatnot when you only use one camera and it's app, without the use of the multicam app as it will not run on all tablets
This sponsored series is for the multicam configuration but you can use the multicam app with a single camera. I believe these same features are now in the single camera app now too.
@@LonSeidman not all devices will support the multicam app, and this is why I want a tutorial showing what is the best that can be achieved by the more basic single cam app that some of us have to use.

Thank you! 👍👍 What number episode does this series on the camera start?
Thanks. Nicely done. Good pace and easy to follow.
AWESOME instructional video! Thank you.

Hey Lon, this series has been helpful. How would you bring in a remote guest to your stream using Mevo?

Thanks! I'll have a fun example with all three cameras soon!
@@LonSeidman Looking forward to that!! :)

I don’t think it supports sd card storage yet unfortunately
@@LonSeidman wow. That's a huge disappointment for me. I hope they do an update on that soon.

How much wifi speed is required to run this app
