As a Helldiver I can confirm this is live actual gameplay footageish.
Sunday was me and 2 friends first dive, we landed next to a flame thrower and unexploded ordnance, we were all dead in the first minute.
115% based on actual experience/ real footage/ etc.

The amount of goofball wholesomeness that has come out of this chaotic, hilariously violent game is truly heartwarming. HD2 will not save the game industry, but it certainly has shown that wonderful things can happen when people remember to have fun.

Thought I was free from the trauma of “The Army Song” until I came across this video. 😭
This game is going to absolutely play right into the style of humor that Carbot does. The overall general goofy shit that happens while playing this game is wild.
Most people (probably) won't get it, but the "The Army Goes Rolling Along" song is the official song of the US Army and is played at the end of EVERY ceremony done by the Army. Written by a 1LT in Field Artillery, it became adapted for general Army use after it was re-orchestrated a decade or two later after it was written in the early 1900s.
In short, a hilarious patriotic-focused detail for our managed democracy that involves a lot of....friendly fire
I thought it was expertly added in the movie Sgt Bilko.

In the great state of Misery. Missouri's boring, all the mediocrity and poverty of West Virginia or Alabama but without a good sports team. Fort Bragg, or whatever it's called now, at least had a beach within driving distance, and a state bird that wasn't the mosquito.
It's easy to tell if you enjoy a game actually, and this is one of the best strips you ever made. XD

Ive watched carbots since I played WOL on sc2 as my first rts and carbots still continues to produce great animations and never disappoints. I am struggling with serious health problems and was feeling really down this morning and stumbled across this channel again. I genuinely just wanted to thank you for putting a smile on my face.
The diving guy at the end is so, so many actual players...
Only thing that's missing is the friggin laser drone first roasting all of your squadmates before proceeding to kill you, just to try and hit that one tiny bug that's running around you XD

There's literally a backpack button but i swear the only backpack its used for are the supply pack and the ballistic shield.
