@@dexterousR Don't completely knock the mortars, they have their place as long as your team mates know it's out and don't run headlong into the enemy. I personally die to Tesla Towers more often than mortars.
The laser from the drone (the “guard dog” rover) can be used by you on your own! There’s a weapon about half way through the “Helldivers Mobilize” warbond called the LAS-5 Scythe that is unmatched in range, accuracy, and ammo capacity (it doesn’t need ammo, but if it fires too long it’ll need its heat sync replaced; stop firing and the weapon will automatically cool)
