Probably one of his staff who helped write the report and knows it all.
Big facts lol!!!
Ahahahaha good eye!!
I watched her all through the hearing. Her face pretty much displayed the Democratic opinion. But this was what she got most emphatic about. I laughed when she nodded, even though I was shocked that a Republican had just stated that the president CAN be charged.
As were we!
People are not used to someone being concise and thinking through the ramifications of a single utterance. It's almost like Mueller was from a past where people expected integrity and clarity...weird.

@@deletedchannel9945 Neat. If i cared one jot for the species of humanity I might just entertain an argument with an anonymous stranger on something widely available on wikipedia. But I have a drain that needs unblocking.
@@deletedchannel9945 Thanks for the entertainment.
@Kim B I haven’t got a clue what Fusion GPS is. But I’m gathering it’s some made up GOP nonsense about Hillary Clinton that has nothing to do with Trump’s collusion with the enemy that attacked our country’s democratic election in ‘16, and nothing to do with Trump’s obstructing justice by firing James Comey. Sounds like it (made up nonsense about Hillary Clinton, this isn’t about Hillary, has nothing to do with her, sorry) has everything to do with deflecting from Trump’s impeachable crimes.
Stars Align no it’s a way Clinton laundered money to pay for their acts of treason, it’s not nonsense. Please watch the hearings and see how transparent the left has become with their crimes, it might be tough to hear but the clintons are actually the bad guys. The reports that have come out show with FACTS AND EVIDENCE that the fbi is dirty and in the Democrats pocket, they intentionally have been trying to influence the election, and whether you think trump should be president or not, it’s treasonous to try to remove him or use the influence of the FBI to meddle with presidential candidates, and if you really think that’s okay then I don’t agree with you on the way our country should be.
Muller: it's almost like none of you knows how to read!
Steven Zephyc Yep. Every single elected official had a responsibility to read every syllable of that report and most have failed to do so. How pissed must Mueller be that he poured 22 months of his life into that report and so few people are actually giving it the due it deserves?

"Can you charge the president with obstruction of justice after he's out of office?"
Mueller: *opens eyes slightly more* YES!
That is the most emotion Mueller has ever expressed. We share your enthusiasm, Bobby.
Which was since walked back by Mueller...
In his opening statement in Wednesday afternoon’s testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, Mueller was quick to correct that misimpression:
Now, before we go to questions, I want to go back to one thing that was said this morning by Mr. Lieu who said, and I quote, “You didn’t charge the president because of the OLC opinion.” That is not the correct way to say it. As we say in the report, and as I said at the opening, we did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime.
I did spot his jaw drop a couple of times at the shit being talked!
@@deletedchannel9945 Here is what troubles me the most... He was tasked with investigating Russian Meddling in the 2016 election... But he only investigated the Trump campaign and team. He did not investigate both sides at all. Knowing they impacted the election on both sides of the isle... why was not a single person on this team before, and during Mueller's time as Chief Prosecutor working on the Democratic side (when there was glaring evidence of meddling on the DNC side of this)?
@@deletedchannel9945 _"the report is a one sided politcal document, it omits important details"_ Few other than those with a dog in the fight would agree; the Mueller report was apolitical, and based upon the facts. A report cannot include every single detail. If there are details you feel are relevant that were excluded, that does not take away from the overall veracity of a report.
@@deletedchannel9945 _"After Steele was banned from the fbi as a source he was still illegally using Ohr as a surrogate..."_ Many of the claims from the Steele report turned out to be accurate; Steele was not "making things up." Yet if some findings turn out to be incorrect, you don't throw out the proverbial baby with the bathwater. (Trump supporters, in their usual manner of maintaining dishonesty, wish to create the illusion that the dossier was bogus.)
The reason why Steele was fired by the FBI had nothing to do with his unreliability with the facts. Allow one of your apparently favorite sources, FOX News, to explain the reason why: www.foxnews.com/politics/fisa-memo-steele-fired-as-an-fbi-source-for-breaking-cardinal-rule-leaking-to-the-media

Q: You could indict the President for obstruction of justice after he left office?
A: Yes
Case closed.
matthewtattoo I’m almost certain Mueller meant “the POTUS” in a general sense and did not mean that the _current_ POTUS could/should be indicted after he left office.
I would agree with that. The question was if it was generally possible to charge a POTUS that committed crimes in office for those crimes after he left that office - and the answer to that was "Yes." He did not say (because he wasn't asked) if he plans on doing so with the current one - or if he thinks it SHOULD be done.
The problem with this is, that Mueller as a career lawyer has a very ... legal ... sense of what "guilt" is. He probably wouldn't be okay with calling anyone "guilty" unless and until they have been convicted. But as Trump can't be indicted, there can't be a trial, so he can't be "guilty". Anyone, including the POTUS is innocent until proven guilty. That doesn't mean he didn't commit any crimes; plenty of people out there committing crimes and being found guilty YEARS later...
@@Graatand No, he meant Trump. Mueller was asked if "he" could charge the president after he left office. He implying currently. Not if a special counsel has the authority to charge obstruction of justice, generally. This question indicated whether or not Mueller has substantial evidence against the current president.
@Mr.
Why would “he” imply that Mueller was talking specifically about Trump? All presidents so far have been “he”s. Was the question unambiguously phrased as being about Trump specifically? If not, what exactly makes you so certain that Mueller did not understand and answer the question as being about the office of the president in general?
Indictments are easy. They can't convict because there is no evidence.
Trump wins again!
Justice Department guidelines are not law, and any "guidelines" that permit a violation of law to persist by any person in any position should be reevaluated immediately!
I understand the history of that guideline and the reason behind it. They were wrong then and they are wrong now. No one is above the law, no matter his position or the other checks in place to punish him. "Justice" Department indeed!
Given his reporting structure within the government and reporting directly to a representative of said department (of Justice, he had to follow the guidelines available to him. He later indicated (not even indirectly), when asked, said person (the PoTUS) could in fact be charged with obstruction of justice after he left office (he did not, however, state whether or not he thought the President would be found guilty in such a scenario because it wasn't asked of him and it would only be conjecture/speculation).
I know people on both sides of this argument wanted Mueller to do one thing or another more definitively, but he has to follow the rules available to him. Otherwise, one or both sides could have justifiably said he wasn't following the rules and that he couldn't be trusted with the investigation. You can't have it both ways. Either he did what he was supposed to do within the rules available to him or he did not. Neither side, as it happens, is arguing he didn't do what he was supposed to or within the rules available to him. They're arguing he should have done more (for opposite reasons).
Mueller would behave under a different set of guidelines and restrictions if he was acting as prosecutor and not special counsel. Let's not conflate the two. They are not the same nor should they be treated as such.

The attorney general wrongfully summarized the report as exoneration, which forced Muller to reluctantly make a statement and then eventually go to court and explain that his report certainly wasn’t an exoneration. This is what Democrats are up against. They have to constantly dispel overt lies, while Trump and his cronies crap out more lies at twice the rate.
Once conservatives stopped caring about when their leaders were lying or telling the truth, we were already deeply imperiled as a nation. And that’s because it left only half of us to deal with the world and its problems while the rest of you played the victim and threw fits like children.
@@bigmacdaddy1234 Admit it. Republicans have NO integrity. Never has for decades. Republican Party is a corrupt mafia party that will do anything for power!!!
@@yoyoyodaboy excellent statement, all of us who are decent people concur.
Well, Bobby Three Sticks did help lie us into the unconstitutional and illegal Iraq war.... What "integrity?"
"Have you ever been fired, Mr. Mueller?"
"... You mean... in my _entire employment history?_ Of _course_ I have. Now can you state for the record what this has to do with the investigation?
I watched a lot of the near end of the session a second time. First time I thought Mueller seemed very tired and got confused a few times, but I didn't realize how long he was in session.
The only times Mueller hesitated to answer immediately was when he was presented with questions including at least one double negative. Politicians have a hard time forming a simple question - fitting, because they can never form a straight forward answer.

Azalea Rivera mmm
Jack Rheiner 😂😂 great sarcasm
I just worry someone is going to come and take that title away
@Jack Rheiner You are a regular comedian. Red states are in fact the welfare queens. If it weren't for blue states supporting you, you deplorables would have all died of starvation long ago.
@Jack Rheiner You serious or fox fried?
I couldn’t understand half of those Congressmen either. They were speaking too fast and just plain bullying Mueller.
Eu4 dharma
I wouldn't worry too hard. They showed how frantic they are, by their dreadful behaviour. Mueller is made of sterner stuff than to be intimidated by guttersnipes.
Reps be like you wrote this .. Is it true ?! Yes or no .? As it reads in the report Exactly so,( inserts own random interpretation) .. I yield... Then acts like mueller concluded something different when he actually said hey just reffer to the fuckibg text you cant mistake it . twist or turn it. Itl always say the same thing
It's the good old Bum's Rush...
Yep, the Mueller testimony was not exactly gripping TV, but the words "not exculpated" are now trending. #impeach!
I actually had to look that word up.
Mueller doesn’t have the power to “Not exculpated” as he is a prosecutor, his job is to find them guilty and charge them with a crime. So the “not exculpated” is just a political hoax to gain headlines across CNN etc
@@HeyHeyItsDavide He stated he cannot charge a sitting president so no that wasn't his job. His job was to investigate so crimes found could be turned over to Congress to pursue.
Marco Ialeggio ur an idiot
Why wont the Dems call out n debunk these bs conspiracies these a-holes are pedaling? That would be a nice start instead of letting it ride.
Bobby Three Sticks vs Donnie No Balls
I like your mafia moniker better than Donnie Fish Lips!
He's a marine vet and a LAWYER. Thank you Mueller.
He still stands with integrity at 74. Just look at the Marine Corps posture!
he was a hero
then democrats used him as a pawn because they are evil
Someone that survives first? Yes it does look that way.
@@garetclaborn You simply just don't wanna see the truth, which is: POTUS is corrupt AF. But Mueller is YOUR guy and BTW just go tell him is democrats' pawn, you'll get a warm welcome, sucker.
Thank you indeed... for successfully destroying 3 years of a Democrat witch hunt... in a mere 3 hours.
Robert Mueller is a true American. Wish that could be said same for Trump...
Trump seems to have committed treason
@@diegokiwi1854 Do you know how fast they would impeach him if he was guilty of anything? You just can't be this stupid. They are chomping at the bit to get him for something and they can't do it. Wtf does true american mean? Just because he took part in the Vietnam genocide? Not that Trump is not a piece of shit in his own way! American exceptionalism is way behind the free world and getting worse, f trump!
