Nevermind! Got it to work after hovering my DX9 tx directly over the vbar neo while binding! VERY STRANGE - but I'm not going to argue with VBAR!!! Had enought trouble getting the USB function to work, etc. Thanks for the video.
Interesting that you use your throttle hold switch for the Motor cutoff. Mikado recommends another, 3 position, switch. Your selection seems to make more sense to me unless perhaps this interferes with autorotation options.
on the reciever menu , you choose which setellite and ms you will be using , check the ''prepare for binding'' box the you recycle the power , your sats will be flashing and ready to bind
Deniz SERT on the System Setup → rx port assignment is your aux2 → governor ; the on the funtion List → Governor : pos 0 : 100% pos 1: -100% , Chan : Aux 2 , Switch : H try this and see if it helps
I have alot of problems to set the neo with my DX8. all I want is to start / stop the motor with the Hold switch and change the banks with the FZ1-3 switch but it will not work. Hold collides with the bank switching and the hold switch cannot be assigned to another free switch on the TX. Can anyone help me to get a working setup with bank switching on flight mode switch and TH Hold to switch on/off the Motor.
+Sacha Knoepfel. at 4:41min, after you setup your DX8 with the correct switches, click on "prepare for binding", turn of your heli, turn it on again and your sat lights are blinking, then, push your bind button on the dx8 and turn it on. let the button pushed until dx8 show binding with 11/22ms...then release the button. Turn off and on your heli again and the satellite orange lights are continous on. Don't forget to read the online manuals !
As long as you don't mind not being able to adjust anything from the transmitter. Nitro idle position or gain adjustments... nothing. You will need hook up a computer for any tweaks. Mikado clearly wants you to use the VBar control transmitter and fly electric....lame. I sold my Neo after having it on my Trex 700N. Not a good experience at all.

How the hell do you bind it...the whloe point
