But mere pass koi passport or visa vagera hai nahi hai

You can access domestic lounges but to access it you should have a valid ticket. It is not open for visitors. You can use lounges once you checkin and checkin gates open 3 hours before your domestic flight timings

Hello I have international conneting flight from Mumbai where I will reach at 11am. But my international flight will be at 9:55 PM on the same day. So till that long waiting hours can I avail the lounge or after check in only i can do that?
so if its connecting I am assuming you will be on the same terminal and your immigration, checkin might have happen from the source airport. Then you can access the lounge. Lounges are mostly after security checkin

Indian airport international lounges is considered domestic or overseas international? Meaning delhi international lounge or mumbai international lounge is domestic for card holders.
It will be treated as domestic but banks have tie up whether they will allow lounge of domestic departure or international departure. You can check this by login into dream folks website

In general these cards have per person access but there are few cards which offer 1+1. You can check with your bank as well
For the people not living in Delhi, please inform the terminal as well
Usually lounges are available in most of the airports be it domestic or international and its upon your bank, if they have tie up with domestic only or with international lounge as well

Else she can use paid lounge which will cost around 3000₹. Bathing facilities are there in Dubai airport so you don’t have to go in lounges. You need USD or international travel card for payment.

Yes you can, for example HDFC gives a priority pass for international access and we recently used that in Malaysia and Singapore. So you will have to ask your bank, if your card has that access or it needs a supplementary card.

You can check with your bank credit card department if that card have airport access lounge. Yea you can use it. But if airport access lounge guys will cross check the name written on card with your name then they might deny the access.
