I agree with you, this is the greatest golf tip ever! I swing and power the club using my left arm and hand and this just improves my swing with more power! Thank you!

Aye - this is an oldie but goodie - Lydio Ko says this is her favourite drill. I use it and also the L to L drill - from an old Bobby Jones' clip.

@@Golf-Ed Hi I tried this drill today before my round.
For the last for rounds I have been 6-10 shot over my handicap today after using the drill I played to my handicap.
So if I keep using the drill hopefully I can drop a few shots, while playing better golf.
      Cheers

Silly question but must ask: when I pull my trail elbow down should it touch the side of my chest (under the arm pit) or should it touch the front of my chest? Not sure if it makes a difference, but asking. Thanks!!

I have a larger chest (years of pushups and bench press) and always wonder the same thing. No Coach has been able to answer this. With what this drill seems to show the question may not matter as he shows external shoulder rotation on way up and internal shoulder rotation on way down (meaning side of chest??) I am hoping he responds and clarifies this. I am not a coach, just an observation on the drill because this is one thing I am working on right now in my swing.

Your bicep should touch the side of your chest, and your elbow should touch in front of your trail hip.... Hope this helps!
