1.37 x 24 should be the smaller side for a flip flop hub at least what I researched and the other one is a 30 * 1 the bigger the bigger side I'm looking to purchase one of these free Wheels and the website says 30 * 1 so isn't that the bigger side even though the website says for flip-flop Hub smaller side can you please inform me

You are going to need a new wheel with 9T driver if you want to run a 28t sprocket.. Why the change??
Is this wheel possible to obtain with sealed cartridge bearings that can be replaced, if worn out?
What size driver and sprocket you have now??
