    I have sustained a medial meniscus tear in my right knee,which occured during a bharatanatyam workshop.I need to rest for months and avoid all activities.Now i realize the importance of strengthening exercises😢

      Very sorry to hear that. But it is not uncommon for dance enthusiasts to take up a very intense workshop and injure themselves. Please take your time to recover and follow your PT religiously. Get back to dancing when you are healed. Wishing you a speedy recovery..
