    Hello, thank you so much for this Akka! I am a 39 year old learning Bharatanatyam and warm and strengthening is so important for me. Would it be possible for you to make available the remaining two ‘s’ -stress and strengthen? Thank you in advance

    Are these excercises for begginers. I don't use to do excercise and wouldn't like to hurt mi ankles or knee.☹

      The warm up stretches can be done my beginner Bharatanatyam students. But if you have any particular physical ailment, it is important to seek out professional opinion.
