She is one of the Best! When I was a little girl in the 2nd. grade, I had a teacher named Mrs. Wynn, she was one of the Best teachers I have ever had, she reminds me so much of her!🍎This beautiful young lady truly has the spirit Of Excellence, she’s a Historian, an Awesome Educator on on All LevelsI Love it, She can write a variety of books not only for children, but Encyclopedias, etc. It surely runs in the family, they are all Amazing! WOW God surely made some Awesome people in this world! Blessings!

I am so grateful for your RUclips lessons. Teaching parents how to teach their kids deserves global acknowledgment.
    Questions:
What resources would you most recommend for teaching how to read and testing child’s progress out?
We are on lesson 61 of “teach your child how to read in 100 lessons” and although my child has learned a lot I’m noticing a lot of phonetic gaps in its lessons.
My goal is to know how to evaluate my child’s progress in detail and know where to get her particular educational needs fulfilled.
Thanks in advance. God bless you.

Excellent video. In my opinion, reading to our children is sooo very important and I totally agree on your advice about asking questions to encourage THINKING in the child, not just reading the words and quickly turning the page.
Another thing that I discovered when my children were young and I read to them often and led to THEM having an interest in reading when they got older, is that reading also creates excellent spelling skills. Seeing different words printed in a book makes the child remember how different words are spelled.
Instilling a love of reading in a child is so very important...you just can't go wrong
with it. Everything about it is a positive in their future. 🙂

Kids approach to learning is different...
There are four types of learners
    (1) Visual learners
    (2) Physical ("action-based") learners
    (3) Listening learners
    (4) Reading and writing learners

Hi! Thanks for all your educational videos! They are very helpful. Question, if I’m going to be speaking to my child in primarily Spanish, to help them be bilingual should I implement mostly Spanish books and some English books? Or would that be confusing for them? Since the pronunciation is different in both languages?

    • @AkeebaMaze
      @AkeebaMaze  2 года назад +1

Are use audiobooks in the car, and read aloud‘s if I’m really busy as well. But no research shows that they make people better readers. I think it’s better than not reading because at least they are hearing the words and may be picking up vocabulary from context.
