I'm not giving up coffee. I limit myself to one cup a day and when I'm off school I tend not to drink it everyday because I get adequate sleep so I don't feel like I need it. But there are few vices I have in life, coffee is a major one so I'm not quitting coffee.
Totally agree 😍 sometimes its the only thing that keeps me going during my study sessions for med exams. Love your content. Greetings from Czech Republic :)
A female co-worker, in her late thirties / early forties gave up coffee and claims she shed over five pounds off her 160 LBS frame. She stated she didn't do anything else in addition.
I quit drinking Monster energy drinks and picked up Coffee. Huge difference on my body! Also almost a month cold turkey from cigarettes! Tootin my horn!
There is nothing better then the feeling of that first sip in the morning with a good podcast on. My only issue is reflux, I have it really bad. Who ever invented Omeprazole, my hat of to you, not sure if its caused by the coffee given that I only have one cup in the morning
Nice cheap good old Baking Soda! neutalizes and calms acid in the tract... It works. There's also a non/low acid coffee.. I tried the recommended baking soda IN the coffee but it was not as satisfying.
I used to drink coffee. Not a lot but 1 cup a day. I gave it up for abt a year now and its fantastic. Hated being chained to caffeine like a dependant drug addikt.
Firstly, great production! Secondly, coffee is life! But having not had it on a daily basis this month i'm surprised that I havent become a fiend. So, one may not be as addictive as they think they are if they give it up for a period.
i'm 50 now & have been drinking Black coffee for only about 3-4 years. i don't drink alcohol or pop at all so i started pairing coffee w/ my cigar. i can drink about 3 cups a day, sometimes i drink a cup before i go to sleep & it doesn't keep me awake. i'm not 1 of those ppl that NEEDS a cup in the morning to wake up & get moving, i just like it. my metabolism is also quite high so, i have that in my favor. also, i think coffee throughout the day would be better than any kind of store bought juice or anything cause it's just beans & water vs sugar & whatever else is in it. i really don't see any harm in it.
I think the hate/criticism that coffee gets comes from the Starbucks experience. Many of us are paying so much money for a cup of coffee that it seems wasteful so leaving it behind seems like something we should do in order to fight consumerism. My family from the Caribbean is always surprise to see the Grande size coffee cups when in their small town they only drink a small cup in the mornings and afternoons.
I like sitting down to a nice cup of coffee in conversation. As as for me I like exercising and jogging and eating good food nutritious///☕ if I drink too much coffee I have to go into the woods 👍🤓 to use the bathroom.
Great video, DrJude... I l👀k forward to tomorrow morning ☕👀, with attitude - why? When my dear husband tries to cajole me to stop my one daily guilty pleasure, my response will be 🗣️"WELL, DrJ said... 😬☕👌🏾🤣 #yepnotafter2pm
consider quitting the drug. im a millionaire from Australia and i wont do business withanyone that drinks coffee daily . it affects their mind and body in BAD ways not good. on caffeine they will lose their focus, look at adults they all look like shit and then look at kids, theyre happy and healthy
Your videos are extremely well made and well researched, including this one. I have been following you for up to 3 years now. More grace . I am a fellow Nigerian training to be a surgeon in Nigeria. May I have your email address? Thank you!
I don't drink coffee and I'd say I'm a mid achiever lol but not a workaholic. I'm also a night person, very much so, and am tired in the day a lot. I avoid it because I don't want to be like you addicted fools! lol I've never had it, so it's easy to not have it (or need to quit it) if you never try it. I do like how it smells. I do drink tea (not a lot) and soda (a lot).
Hey, if you think 1 cup of coffee a day is the habit of addicted fools, then be more clever and prove it scientifically as he did, not in a bastard way. You need to treat your other underlying mental health issues. May be you actually need one every day to feel more relaxed. On average, UK people drink 2 cups of coffee every day and most of them are professional bodies. Does that mean they're all fools and you're the only clever one😂😂😂 Do research and be educated before you say smth. Otherwise, you'll be the one fool😂

Is Coffee said to some extent, as being orally rehydrating? Contrary to it's other said effect. Is it a placebo? For anxious symptom, or Syndrome.

Coffee fine. It's that heavily processed / vegetable oil laden / fake sweet cream that is health stealing.
true
At around 50 seconds two guys repel from ropes onto the street and one starts shooting.
Damn.... and nobody commented on that?
Sorry it's 38 seconds in
I wish I drank more, it would've prevented my fatty liver..
hmmm... not sure about that, but I guess the evidence is there
Tim Hortons? Canada???
Yeah that was in Canada, though we do have it in London now
If caffeine is the issue, drink decaf.
Coffee ☕️ not me yum 😋

Monkeý
Have you considered taking caffeine pills instead?
its not just the caffeine, its the taste and aroma of coffee that is alluring
