I think Jessie has more time for her family, her brand after she left GG. She doesn't have to be much busy like when she was in GG, she can go travel or hang out with her friends whenever she want. If you refuse that it means that you don’t believe her. And if you talk about fake news, if you research a lot, the actual fake news are the ones that say Jessica already planned to leave the group in late 2014 after the concert at Tokyo Dome. It’s was obviously false because she just renewed the contract earlier that year. The fake news are just to make kicking her out become rightful.

I don't remember where watch live of Jessica (either IG or vlive i guess) she said another reason why she doesn't really talks was that if she needs to talk in korean she needs to translate it first before she speak and vice versa when she needs to talk in english she also need to arrange and translate everything in her mind😂 I was like that's literally me, I don't know why like okay English is not my 1st language but why is it in my mind is in english and so I need to translate it to my native language and same goes when I need to speak English 😂

She sounds very sweet when she speaks english. And regarding the description... I don't think tiffany doesn't let sica speak, Jessica just prefers not to speak cuz she's not comfortable. And Tiffany does it well and so many times that sometimes she appears to talk over jessica but it's not intentional. She's just not used to someone else taking the lead. But she's getting better letting others speak as the other members are getting better in Eng. too. ;)

Jessica moved to korea when she was 11, and Tiffany moved to Korea when she was 15. I think Jessica means she knew some of the other snsd members since elementary, such as hyoyeon and sooyoung. Yuri came a little later and Tiffany/Taeyeon arrived even later and then Sunny was last.
I think Tiffany feels more comfortable than Jessica while speaking in English.
Taeyeon was still the leader! She stated that she was planning to resigned as snsd leader because she explained that it so hard to manage the rest of the members, it was hard for her because she is a sensitive person. But it doesn't matter that she is not the leader anymore. She just want that her fellow members will support her in the near future... You can find that article on allkpop
Actually, they both speak English fluently... It's just that Jessica's voice sounds more LA-ish, or something, and Tiffany's accent sounds more fluent.
