- Welcome to 2-Minute Tuesdays tutorial on Chantilly Cream. That's a fancy french way of saying sweetened whipped cream! Suxh an easy recipe and it will finish off any dessert beautifully. All recipes in metric and US measurements.

Chantilly Cream
600mL (2 1/2 cups) Pure cream (or thickened cream or whipping cream)
80g (3/4 cups) Icing sugar (for GF recipe use pure icing sugar)
1t Vanilla essence (1 seeds from 1 Vanilla Pod)
Method
In a mixing bowl with whisk attachement pour your cream into the bowl and add your icing sugar
Start mixer on low until the icing sugar dissolves then gradually increase speed to medium high.
Whip cream until 90% done then remove the bowl and hand whisk until light peaks hold onto your whisk and don't fall off.
Lastly, add your vanilla and mix lightly. Serve with your favourite cake or fruit salad. YUM!!!

I'd like to take that bowl of beautiful white stuff, a spoon, and go hide in a closet with it! I can promise you an empty bowl in return. LOL! Actually, you know what I love also and just as much?
