One of, if not THE, best dance moms solo I have ever seen. This was breathtaking...I loved watching every moment of it. I noticed all her lines, her strength, it was just beautiful.

I still find it a shame how they wanted to focus on Maddie in this episode when they both got perfect scores. Surely, Abby should've taking the opportunity to be openly bursting with pride that two of her students got 300!

Maddie and Kalani both placed first in their divisions, but since Maddie is younger, the competition gave her first in overalls. At least that’s what I’ve heard
But right tho it's so ridiculous. Just have them tie. Besides, I don't kno any competition outside of DM that combines all age divisions

Kalani is the one girl who was added to the original team who I actually like on the team. She's a great dancer and is so likable, she belongs.

Alexandra Jane yes they would because they are both super flexible, but I feel since Kalani has much better technique it would make Brooke’s flaws stand out you know what I mean? Brooke is still amazing, she’s just not as technically advanced as Kalani. They are both my favs though

The song.. the coreo, the technique, really just kalani.. it was absolutely stunning! She definitely deserved 1st. Maddie’s solo was good, but this was just pure perfection. Fav solo from kalani!
technically kalani and Maddie both won 1st the scores were the same if this solo was anywhere else 100% she would get 1st but that episode was focused on Maddie so it made it seem like maddie won even tho maddie and kalani won same scores but also it was just a tie breaker so that means they have the same score and idk why it wasn’t aired I’m pretty sure it’s bc there wasn’t drama behind the solo! But she should’ve aired it it would’ve been a great moment for Abby flexing that she got two 300 point solos in one day! Fragile forest is better in my opinion I don’t know why the judges didn’t choose kalani this dance was very different then other dances Maddie’s was kinda repetitive..
@@VexoFiller maddie was younger, so really maddie should've won. that being said, the show's all about maddie being the favorite, not kalani.
One of my favorite solos that I've seen on Dance Moms thus far. Kalani is an artist. Maddie is just a performer. Big difference.

This dance was captivating ,it was so light and so simple yet beautifully executed ,sometimes to choreography of a few dances kalani is in makes her dancing look underrated but we all know she is a more artistic dancer than they show. But this left a big smile on my face. As a dancer you work with what your given and make it your own. And she totally did 💞 I ship kalani ! 😊⛵
She is the only girl on the whole show that has had 2 perfect score solos😯

Kalani is one of the strongest dancers on the team however there is actually no statement anywhere that claimed Kalani got a perfect score on her solo “Say Something, Say Anything” people have claimed it was just a rumor that the fans made up. If you look back at the video, Kalani only said she got the highest scoring solo at the competition, but nowhere had anybody mentioned she got a perfect score. Nonetheless, both solos were beautiful :)

Kalani is such a talented dancer, I wish she was given solos which showed off how good she really is
Maddie and Kalani both got perfect scores and I love that, they totally deserved it.
Also I think this solo would be an amazing duet with Kalani and Brooke.
I love to watch Kalani dance. She's such a beautiful dancer and she's not full of herself when she does it and she reminds me of Chloe when she dances because of her love and passion for dance.

Yeah I think so too. Kalani has pretty much perfect technique. I’m pretty sure at the competition they both got perfect scores but they gave Maddie first overall bc she’s younger.

Wow, I love this, its flabbergasting. She is incredible, a perfect score deserved. As much as I love "Say something, Say anything," this is definitely the most beautiful and technical solo she has performed. Wow.

It's just my honest opinion & I agree let's be real here Abby doesn't choreograph the dances Gianna does & plus most of the time she's not at the studio she's just there to correct the routines ._. Also the dances are choreographed by Gianna,molly,or someone from club dance & this dance doesn't show kalanis ability sure it's amazing but if you look at her other solos they are exquisite! (From club dance)

I was just watching season five episode five on lifetimes channel and there were so many cut voices just to make sure nobody knew that Kalani had a solo but I could figure it out because everybody’s voices seem to cut out
