Finally, Abby gave her choreography that isn't far beneath her. That Italian fouette was amazing. Kalani has such incredible flexibility, feet, legs and lines. She's so graceful and controlled. She really has a mature quality to her dancing, I'm hoping she will be given more solos that show off how talented she really is.
now that maddie has left she is finally getting some spotlight and recognition she deserved from the beginning

+badwolfbae well u know I was thinking maybe they do the dance to a song that might be copyrighted but the producers or editors do ab audio swap to a similar song I've see. Other solos were there girls used the original song
Kalani's feet and legs are heaven sent ! It makes NO sense why Abby keeps giving her these dances that doesn't fully show what she's capable of ! That's why I love seeing her dance with her original studio (Club Dance) , cause her solos are so much mature than the solos Abby gives her !

Out of all the girls, she seems to be the best en pointe. The rest don't get on their box fully, and I don't think their feet and ankles are fully developed for pointe yet.

Her solo was absolutely amazing and I think the only reason Maddie has beaten her in the overalls is because of how differently they judge the Junior and Teen categories so if Kalani and Maddie make the same mistake it's taken a bit harsher in the teen category causing Kalani to come up a couple points less than Maddie, but Kalani is amazing, and her legs and feet are to die for .😘😘

I think most of us always puts Maddie at the top of every list because of the big name Sia luckily made for her on the big screen. As good of a dancer she is and as amazing as all the facial expression she has, that's all she can really do. Professionals have agreed Kalani's flexibilty and technique is extraordinary for her age. She has such a mature and professional way of dancing. When she dances, she gives it her all, in a full out but also controlled way, and has such fluidity in her movements; as if her dances are one WHOLE dance, rather than just movements pieced together. That girl deserves more credit than she has

Nobody has ever said that chloe is on kalanis level your just comparing chloe to kalani for no reason they are both different dancers and you have to remember that kalani got better training than chloe so kalani is a bit more advanced however kalani and chloe are my favorite dancers

Yea. It was pretty. Her technique was on point, but I didn't feel like she told the story throughout. There were these moments that felt as if she was playing with the judges/audience that were amazing and was what I thought the dance was suppose to look like. But then she would go back into her smiley face and the story was lost. I just have high expectations for her seeing as she is 14. But I still love her dance

The costume was simple and beautiful. You don't need a bedazzled, flashy costume to tell the story. You should tell it through your dancing, and Kalani told it beautifully.
actually i am a dancer so i know what im saying and i never said it had to be flashy and over the top. i actually prefer them simple but the pattern of this costume was ugly and looked cheetah and didnt match

this solo is very good, and kalani showed it with the beautiful flexibility and tricks that he makes perfect, literally this song gives him the touch of "secret" i can say what a beautiful job kalani 🥺💖
This dance was great for kalani. It was also very entertaining to watch and Pretty Little Liar was very popular at the time. It wasnt babyish and she looked mature.Her feet were pointed, she was clean, her lines were great,her leaps looked light and effortless. The costume also fit the the theme well too. The choreo was somewhat watered down, it would have bern better with a turn sequence. But it was still a great piece.
They literally had no clue how to choreograph for a dancer of this caliber.

Kalani reminds me of a girl who used to go to my dance studio. She had beautiful technique, she always used her full potential. She was everybody’s inspiration. Unfortunately, the girl at my studio graduated last year.

Only things id change in this dance is the outfit and the time when she smiles at the judges\audience. For the outfit she should have a black short flowy dress. Hair down and with a black rose. Dark red lipstkck with a little black eyeshadow also with black nails. Thats all!

When I forgot a part of my solo on stage, my first instinct was to improv, so I did, good choice =p came 3rd lol
