Emilia Walker she did not receive a perfect score that’s just a rumour started up by fans. No where in the episode, on Wikipedia, or on the competitions website does it say she received a perfect score. The only solo Kalani received a perfect score for was Fragile Forest.
This was always my favourites solo. Now knowing that this took 30 minutes of rehearsal, in super impressed

Juliana's ALDC they both got 300’s but they’re obvi gonna give it to the younger dancer, cuz it’s more impressive and they haven’t had as many years training

When you dance, you get use to doing that a lot..becomes a habit tbh
Like the previous comment said you get used to it when you dance for a long time because your ankles get stronger and yours toes become stronger and more flexible which is why she was able to do it
As a dancer doing that with your toes helps develop your point a lot better to as well as building up strength in your ankles and toes
I mean, I'm younger than that at the time and can do that. I'm a pointe dancer, you basically do the same thing, you just don't get support in the form of shoes

Kalani was my favorite girl because she was never as bratty as the other girls and she acted like the older one she was very funny and supportive I loved how all the girls dance but when kalani dances she just has something in her

Kalani is hands down the best dancer on the entire shows history. She’s insanely talented and when you watch her dance a mature piece like this you realise she’s bounds and leaps above the others in not just technique and ability but talent.
also sophia lucia and asia- they were insane (maybe less of asia cuz of lack of technique) but these three were the most interesting to watch

I think that Kalani was a little bit better than Maddie, Maddie just crammed everything in with her dances, while Kalani is slow and beautiful. Lyrical and contemporary dancers, they’re just crazy talented.
Kieu Duong Maddie is so much worse than Kalani though.
Both are incredibly talented, yes, but indeed, Kalani is better. but it is important to note, she's slightly older than Maddie and the producers often went out of their way to make Maddie seem less good than she was, just to create more tension in between her and Chloe (like with the ballet audition)

They finally gave her mature and amazing contemporary choreo that kept her standing upright instead of rolling all over the floor! I miss watching this beautiful dancer dance every week!!
I can do this solo easily. Just take out all the flexibility, technique, and dance moves and I got it down

I swear. I even said once Abby isn’t ugly, Cathy exaggerated with the comments (on her look not weight). I think Abby is beautiful but she just needs to be nicer and kinder and just open up more I totally agree with you.

Kalani’s technique was on point. Literally. And I could feel her emotion because her facial expressions were so good.
Kalani is the only DANCER in the show who got a perfect score two times! "Say something, say anything" and "Fragile Forest".

@@Havanasky100 your feet don't do that when dancing on pointe lmao, your feet simply go 90 degrees. It's actually quite unhealthy to do that as there is a risk to breaking your ankles.
I feel like Kalani is soooo underrated. Her technique is gorgeous and the way she interprets movement is amazing.

Kalani has a god giving talent, this is one of her best solos, she deserved that perfect score of 300, I love the choro Abby put together for her even though it was supposed to be a contempary Maddie piece, but Kalani proved herself that she could win her first time in the Seinor devison, wit only 30 minutes of rehersal time! And be even better then Maddie! I love the song, costume everything about this dance! You Go Kalani!!

This solo stood head and shoulders above every other solo on this show. The choreo was absolutely stunning and Kalani’s talent was unparalleled to every other dancer on the show
This was very well deserved. It was beautifully performed, emotion was on point. I hope Kalani is still dancing today. I haven’t been keeping up with the girls. Kalani is so incredibly talented.

Kalani is one of my favorite dancer because I love the way she's brave and not afraid to stick up for herself and she's not that one that will cry because she loses or doesn't get a solo or a duet and she doesn't say bad things about people behind there back and she's such and innocent girl
