"Dance Moms" follows Abby Lee Miller and the nation's favorite tween dancers as they take on Hollywood while new auditions, new competitions, and new studios raise the stakes.
The road has not been easy for Dance Mom's star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most...teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began - the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

Honestly I don’t think Abby should’ve snapped at Daviana. She was very polite and respectful when she went to talk to Abby and she didn’t rely on her mom to speak for her. She was genuinely worried about her solo and she took it up with Abby herself why on earth would that make Abby mad.

Fun fact: It was revealed that Abby actually wanted to keep Davianna but the producers sent her home because her mom wasn't toxic and didn't create enough drama.

I don't know what Davi was talking about, her choreography was way more advanced and technical than Kalani's. Kalani was just a better technical dancer and she really embodied the dance.
I feel that Davi just needed more emotion when performing. She didn’t believe in her dance. She was beautiful, but she didn’t believe in her choreography.
you're absolutely right, the only feature that was more advanced in kalani's solo was the counting but davi's choreography was much more technically mature
There’s a reason they placed how they placed. Tricks doesn’t not equal more advanced or better choreography. Davi, a trained dancer, understands that choreographically, kalani had a stronger routine.

Everyone wanted their child to be the 'Next Maddie' but be honest, the 'Next Maddie/ Favourite' was Kalani.
I LOVE kira and kalani they were one of my FAVORITE mommy-daughter duos. Kira was one of the funniest and loving moms and Kalani was a BEAUTIFUL dancer and a VERY kinda friend and dance-mate.

Davi was being such a brat. She was given an opportunity and she wasn’t grateful.
I love how Daviana lowkey knew that Abby gave her a less challenging, easy dance whereas Kalani had a dance that was more suited to her and was more technical and competitive… and Kira out here acting like that’s a legit win. She’s so dumb.
Daviana called Abby out on the shady game she always pulls when she wants a certain dancer to win and Abby couldn’t handle it.
Actually, Kalani just rolled on the floor for most of her solo except for her wonky penche, while Davi had much more of a mature piece that had room for emotional execution.
I don’t really think it was shady since Abby didn’t know davianna well and what her strengths were. You saw how she was asking daviana what she could do. Kalanis solo was more suited for her because Abby had been working with her since she was 12. Also kalanis solo was most floor work anyway. In comparison davianas was harder but I will say that the solo was immature for her
They’re both such amazing dancers... the pressure is too much for these girls to execute a near-perfect performance when they’re messing with their heads.

If Daviana focused more on being elegance she could've played higher. Kalani's dance was full of strength and powerful movements and that was what she showed, and that was how she won.
