Hi enjoyed the walk down Holloway Bank I remember the Taylors and just past the Fountain there used to be a car Auctions and somewhere near the Citeron car sales I remember Roy Peplows motorcycle shop all the best Paul
Pleased to hear that someone else remembers the tailors shop, on my way back up Holloway Bank i suddenly remembered the car auctions, it was quite popular. Many thanks
The border of West Bromwich and Wednesbury is divided by the canal, the canal division is for the whole of both towns boundaries. Aside from past Stone Cross heading towards Walsall, where the canal runs under the main road near Tame Bridge Parkway Station, after the canal West Bromwich and Wednesbury are divided by where Sandy Lane and Roberts Road meet the Walsall Road.
That's first class info, as I said boundaries are so blurry im glad you have shown that its the canal that forms the border this as made things a little easier to work out, many thanks
You may very well be right John, the bank WAS the steepest but when Telford created a newer road he took out a lot of the steepness and curved it, many thanks

I thought Coles Lane or Heath Lane would have been steeper.
