I walk along CLAYPIT LANE in West Bromwich to reach GEORGE SALTER school. The Lane was once the site of several coal mines as well as a huge BRICK MAKING company that gave its name to the Lane
The lane is now firmly residential with many houses and flats built on the very area where the coal mines once worked. There are also schools and shops along the way'
I end the walk at GEORGE SALTER school on DUDLEY street
