    That's incredible they work with XTrac for the gearbox..I never knew that. I use an Xtrac sequential box in my race car and its a work of art.

    Great work ML512! Something you might have missed but the triple clamp bottom clamp is way bigger then what they sell with their regular A-kit clamp they sell.

    Great vid Mike and look forward to seeing the rest. As a 2022 kxf 250 owner myself I’m very interested to no how they mount the launch control button. I know it’s on the left side of the steering stem but no one’s done anything close and personal. If it’s something u could do I would be internally great full 🤙🏻🇬🇧

    interesting they use keihn ecus never knew that was a thing. Its interesting cause at least the HRC honda 250 guys are running Get witch is something us mortals can get or at least something similar

    I have a question about the ecu. Is that the o2 sensor on the headpipe is use to self adjust (auto-tune) the air/fuel ratio during the race/practice or he's just there for collecting data .

      Just data collection. Riders want consistent mapping and feel, they don't want the bikes changing themselves on jump faces and entering whoop sections.

    I can only imagine what it feels like to ride love those PC kawis. Are these kx 250sr's available to the public?

      The bike is a KX250, the SR designation is just a racing term and unlike the 450 model, there isn’t a SR version of the 250 sold.

      Knowing XTrac, probably all of it. New gear ratios, gear tooth pitch / shape, shift drum and forks, coatings, bearings, you name it.

      They use different suppliers for most of their carbon bits and they're all private/can't order what they use. Unless it's sold on their site.

      Ti and aluminum hardware in almost all locations. Very little to no steel hardware left.

      HP is a closely guarded secret, but we'd say around 50hp if not a little higher. Weight is close if not at the AMA weight limit for this class.

      @Vital MX ahhhh. That's cool then my bad lol. I'm a sales manager at a kawi shop. I believe a 250sr would sell much faster than the 450. Nobody needs the extra on the big boy like they do the small bore. Hopefully soon!
