- Since I can remember, Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki was the team to ride for in the 250 Class in Supercross and Motocross. In recent years though, teams like GEICO Honda and Star Racing Yamaha have stepped up and interrupted the dominance of PC.

Cameron Mcadoo is a professional Motocross and Supercross racer for the famed Pro Circuit Kawasaki Team in the US. Cam was the hero of the Supercross world earlier this year after battling back to a podium spot after one of the more spectacular crashes in recent memory. I will also say, it has been a long time since I have done a podcast with an athlete as driven and focused as Cameron Mcadoo.

Everyone knows Star has been the Team to beat for years now. And they'll be even more dominant next year. I still love PC though. Shimoda, Mcadoo and Hammaker have all been impressive this year with good rides.
It just hit me how much more I enjoy Gypsy versus any other Moro podcast out rn……. Especially Pulp. Mathis does know his stuff but he’s the same as any other podcaster, no one gets such insightful details as gypsy. The sit down face to face is so genuine. Whether he’s “at the races” or not. Lol

PC hasn't been the team in years now. Of course McAdoo will say that.....but he hesitated
I think it's the riders not the team. Forkner was the fasted rider in SX but he always crashed and got hurt. McAdoo is good for sure, but same thing, he keeps getting hurt.

I feel like pc has a team full of riders that are capable of winning races, not sx/mx titles. Just goes to show how important consistency is in this sport.
I agree but I disagree, all of them can win races now but out of all of them I'd say 3 have a title chance but for that they need to work on specific stuff

Not saying macadoo won't be up there cause he can definitely get the top 5 i just think he's one of the riders that will never actually connect all the dots. Shimoda has been making progress like un other and he has ALWAYS been there. Someones gonna piss off Jo one day and we really gonna see his speed.

It's pretty clear that Star Yamaha is _the_ team in the 250s right now. Their record speaks for itself. And they're fast becoming a major player in the 450 class as well. Bobby Regan has put together a hell of a team and program, and I expect they'll continue to be good for a long time.

This interview was awesome but I almost feel like Mcadoo tried way to hard to say the right things and keep his sponsors happy, eg his thoughts on the ama rules, riding for pro circuit, other riders etc. Wish we could see more personality and character in riders like plesigner, jett lawrence, barcia etc. just my thoughts, huge fan and keep up the good work Mcado/Jase!!

PC has no flair anymore. Remember when they would bring in guys from Aus, France, NZ etc. it was so exciting because you knew they would win as soon as they got on that bike.
Star has a lot of great riders as well as PC Kawasaki. Mcadoo, shimoda or fork could pull a championship and it wouldn’t be that big of a surprise. The other guys have just gotten caught up to PC and it is more competitive now. Star racing is the new standard but PC is still right there with them. Mitch has a great eye for talent and this team shows it.

Yamaha have been the best bikes for a long time, they just needed the team. . . . now they have it.

Mitch is very critical of work ethic and attitude so I'm not sure where those guys fall on that scale. I like ty masterpool to sign more than Kelley. Let Kelley earn his place for another season and see where he ends up

I’d sell what’s left of my soul to ride a PC kawi for Mitch. For as long as I can remember that has always been a dream of mine since I was a little kid. Yeah Star bikes are legendary and they’ve won a lot of races and championships. But nobody in the 250 class has accomplished what Mitch has with Pro Circuit kawi! And that is still very much a team a lot of guys would do anything for.

No way . They haven’t won a 250 title in almost 5 years . Yamaha is the main 250 team and they will be for a while since they have Levi kitchen and will eventually even have Leblanc and romano. Plus they have a good shot at signing deegan. Then you have the Honda team with the Lawrence brothers who have been on fire lately and with the new Honda 250 next year they will probably be even better
If Danger was to race next season with those boys it will be a learning year. I think he needs some time before racing Lawrence bros, Martin and the other one, Cooper isn't it. He wouldn't be racing those dudes next year?

@@slpn9t I’m talking about the future . Copper and Nichols will probably move up to 450 after next season. That would leave room for romano and Leblanc that same year cooper and Nichols move up . Deegan will probably take about 3 years before going pro .

When it comes to lack of championships of late for PC much of that can be blamed on injuries they've always been in the title of fight

Singing the same tune here but PC hasn't been the team for years..BT AND RV were the last REAL PC riders. Seems they have been a fair way off the mark with recruiting child prodigy's that end up nowhere lately. As much as im team green guy and i hate to say this...
But seriously…. How good do pc bikes look 👀 just the sexiest out there for sure

I don't think pro circuit lost their flare or even went down any and their ability or their talent pool I just think the other teams have stepped up more
They’re not getting the right guys. Young kids would much rather go to Star or Redbull KTM
