Try the oriental melon. Edible skin like apple, of 30 varieties I've grown it's my favorite and the orange flesh ones

things you are doing "sounds" easy and "doable" and a lot of people around the internet are doing it successfully ... well, for some reason, things doesn't work for me as it does for you and others. For example, placing seeds in wet rockwool the way you did here at the begging and coving them with sort of transparent wrap, result in the seeds dying after just sprouting immediately. I don't know, whether it is due to mold or what, i can not figure out. Thought I attribute this to "maybe" the elevation in the temperature around the place where I grow my plants.
Well, nevertheless, I still enjoy you channel, for years already, and always get a push to try again and again and never give up. I had a lot of success, but more failures. May it is just how life works.
