A lot of people like to say that flat range training is useless, and you’d be right for most of the part. what people forget about it is the fact that it’s really good for trigger discipline (especially in new shooters), manual of arms, and practicing your recoil management/the speed at witch you shoot.
“Useless” is a pretty wild thing to say. It’s not as good as a shoot house for cqb training or force on force for tactics but it’s definitely important for speed, accuracy, and manipulations. Most of the weapons training any professional does is flat range training.
@@Jordan-nc3zy this. This type of shooting is probably about the best overall firearms training out there. You only get guns when the puppet government needs you to die for their US taxpayer funds.
People are much less interested in becoming more knowledgeable and more interested in consooming. Wow news
with a quality RPG holster! LOL
Don’t forget Issac’s eBike project to make us into a bicycle Militia.
I like to watch your videos because you make every round count! thank you sir!
I may have finally found some NVG i can afford. Sweet.
The set up the target is wearing.
I feel your pain want me to send you batteries for that thing hahahaa!!
Hearing that trigger reset on the 2nd round of 200 prone is soooo satisfying
You say we have nothing holding us back from getting ready. I agree as a whole, but individually, something that holds a lot of us back is budget. I’m sure that MCX setup you got there costs at least $4000, that’s not including the rest of your kit. That’s so far outside a lot of our budgets, we aren’t able to own nice equipment like that. Wish that stuff was more affordable.
The items shouldnt be more affordable, you should either be paid more to adjust to the increasing cost of living, or taxes should be drastically lowered for the same end result. That will never happen because they need your money to keep their nationwide racketeering scheme operational, so they can continue to give unlimited budgets to the litany of unconstitutional alphabet agencies. The silver lining for them is you also dont have enough money to amass enough arms to effectively overthrow them (in their eyes). Make smart choices with the money you do have access to, and get prepared because its only going to get worse.
I LOVE THAT SHOOTING RANGE!!
I think this is the first time I've ever seen him in a multicam loadout
Was it a Crye CPC?
@@FALL3NVengence yes
You’re so fast men!! Great video 👨🏫
I’ve seen them in use while training law enforcement in Costa Rica.
Glad to see (hopefully) weekly Trex vids. Gotsa have muh fix, mang.
tarkov video when? but in all seriousness, i really appreciate your content and your willingness to share that information with the general public. It has certainly helped me grow as a shooter, your wealth of knowledge and your willingness to share that with us is invaluable. thank you again, keep doing what you're doing brother. wish you the best.
Thanks T.Rex Arms for this MCX video, that helps me in replicating the airsoft version
Lucas. Thankful to you and T.Rex arms for supplying me with the gear I needed to protect my family and your continued recommendation of firearms training. If something were to happen here, I feel much more prepared.
I appreciate the debrief at the end nothing but truth
I have the the Virtus SBR and it's my favorite gun.
I like what you had to say especially at the last of the video ! Thank you for making the video Lucus
Looks a lot like my work rifle. MCX Virtus, only different is I ditched the side folder for the collapsing MP5 style stock. Running a DBAL and Romeo 8T with an AAC can.
Where do you work?
@@bravo6959 Shit, probably a contractor lol. 😎

The message at the end is something the world needs to hear. Thanks guys 🤙🏽
saw a post today of a cz bren2 in Ukraine with what looked like a romeo 5 lol. is there a good source for photos of firearms being used in recent or current conflicts ?? great series start. thanks.
The Sound of the Unsupressed MCX with that muzzle device is just mind blowing Oo...
Show us that plate carrier setup, looks great 👍
I got a Gen2 MCX Virtus Patrol recently. I love it.
This a scam, guys?
A fire-arm and a Mac Book pro.Pro.. Asking for shipping cost.
For those reading this, these type of "giveaways" are a scam. Got confirmation from TREX itself.
Love how this shoots 🔫
The sound this rifle makes is awesome!!!!!!
The lag time getting that magnifier on/off makes me want a flip to side and I don’t even run one 😆 love the MCX though... I have a gen 1 (factory fixed... thanks NutnFancy) and run an OSS can on 16”.
That was interesting. Nice Build. Pro Tip: Try watching Lucas at .75 speed playback, it is much easier to digest.
I got that muzzle device with my can and got a muzzle flash photo that looks like the 10.5 just exploded. I have since bought the three prong FH version for all my other guns that use it. That little single chamber resides on my 5.45 krink.
Dude can shoot. Great video.
Love the MCX, I have the Gen 1 and it’s my all time favorite 5.56 rifle.
Why would people want an MCX over an ar15 with a buffer tube and etc
@Мартин Платун still 3k lmao
@Мартин Платун a BCMupper and aero lower is half the price
@@squidy4082 similar piston guns like a BRN-180 can be found for cheaper

I haven’t seen one of your videos pop up in a while! Love your stuff dude!!
Love the target!!!!! But it's nothing special anyone with some cardboard a marker, and knife couldn't make. Very clever. I love the added aspects of the silhouette with the gun....nods.....wider head shape and overall bulk of the body
You do huh?
I like the attention to detail with the yellow tape👌

I had that optic loadout on my HK416 in my army days. I really loved it.
People bash this dude for not having any kind of mitary background. I was a Marine combat marksmanship trainer and can safely say this kid knows his shit. He would given a younger me a run for my money no doubt. Older me would get smoked haha. Keep doing u man.
"Whatever you want to believe" incredible
I would be interested to know if the glass is still in that torch...lol I ask due to recent experiences....
Love your videos, becoming a Big Fan. Keep up the Great Content!!
Gotta love the love and support for Ukraine with this video. He has the yellow tape around the mag, just like the tape the Ukraines put on their arms on the uniforms. Cheers to you @trex. Another reason why nations don't attack us because they will be in a fight for their life. Everyone is armed. Well most if not all.
Lovin the transparency, thanks for the insights!
They should add subtitles in Spanish so they will increase the audience I am a Spanish speaker and I enjoy your videos with the only disadvantage of the language
Greetings from Romania, good job!
Very nice. May i ask what make is your handgun holster/thigh strap? (Need that for my CZ P10F.) Thank you!
Either a Safariland holster or one of their own with their own thigh strap by the looks of it and just general estimate on how trex has run things in the past
He uses a trex regnarok with what looks to also be his own trex thigh strap
Thank you
oh man that makes an awesome noise without the supressor
I lived in Kharkov (UKRAINE). Our city was constantly shelled by the Russians from heavy artillery. Our Ukrainian army and territorial defense mainly uses the AK-47 and its various modifications in the east of Ukraine. I have only seen the sig sauger in the elite special forces of Ukraine. Now I am also 20 km from the fighting and unfortunately I do not have any weapons to protect my family. All hope for our brave army! Glory to Ukraine! Death to Russian fascists!
I smiled when I saw the Hytera in your vest. 🙂
I still want an MCX, but $2,600 is a lot compared to my already available 12.5" AR. Even going to a 13.7" barrel and a rifle speed gas block AND a Sandman-S is cheaper than just buying a new MCX with no extras. God damn its too expensive
I think I’m going to buy an mcx upper and put it on a colt lower. They sell kits that can change the buffer tube into a pic rail.
@@zyanjojola wouldn’t recommend nor do i think that works. If it does, still probably not good. The mcx was specifically designed for it’s own lower
@@bro26mohw it does, the us military fielded .300 black out rattler uppers on normal colt lowers that had the pic rail added.
@@zyanjojola never heard about that. Nor have i heard of any group using mcxs that weren’t the complete guns
@@bro26mohw very small use, mostly to test it as a pdw. They also ordered some 5.56 rattler uppers, but those were probably only used with simunition for training.

Even the ancient Romans knew that peace is good, but that you always have to prepare for war
Would rather be a warrior in the garden than a gardener in a war......
Who wouldn't be dear, but you don't always have the choice to be a warrior in the garden. I don't think that the Ukrainians wanted a war and that one man was enough to drag them into a war
Love the way it sounds

TREX ARTILLERY DROP WHEN
11:24 the sound in the gun is so beautiful
Been wanting an 11.5 MCX but they’re extremely hard to find and when do you see one they’re outrageously expensive.
Have you considered other piston guns like the BRN-180 or PWS?
Another great instalment from McLovin keep it up
I was about to buy that gun in 300 blackout but I bought a rpr in 300prc instead. This will likely be my next one though
If I started reloading I'd get a PRC but I think im going to get a winmag instead just because it's easier to find ammo for
@@Nagger666 truthfully I can find the ammo easy, at least as of this moment. But I definitely get where you're coming from. I was kinda always against getting anything in these fancy less used type of rounds but they are growing in popularity. And the 338 ammo I can find but the price of that is through the roof right now
DAMN! That thing makes such a nice sound
