I think the song fish soup is cooked with evaporated milk, not condensed milk, Ghib can really eat so much!!!! SG hawkers sell the best food but strangely still so many ppl patronize restaurants and complain SG is expensive

Looks amazing and I can smell it all here from the UK, I wish I could do a TV series going all around Asia showing white people why Asians are so special in their food and how they live and traditions and why we should respect them all more. I thought going to Nepal was amazing but what I see from countries all around Nepal is just as amazing, the other reason is that years ago Europeans plundered your area of the world and should be sorry and help out more in disasters.

There's a mistake here. Milk in soup is evaporated milk not condensed milk. That will be a dessert sweet soup lol. We can't seem to find those Cantonese kind of fish soup which is cooked down with the bones till soup is white instead of the milk added to make it white/creamy.
I think Han Kee's queue is kinda ridiculous. I'll keep my neighbourhood's hawker fish soup, braised pork stall low key😆

@@sashimi35 yes, but the time and effort for the populace is overwhelming. That why home food is always better. You can control the quality of the ingredients. My uncle used to own a fish ball noodle soup stall. He had the best fish balls and fish cakes. He gives up this business because he was having difficulty finding the fish, ( I believe potatoes fish) to make the fish ball and fish cake. He refuses to use lesser quality fish. That was in 1978. Hawkers are not grantee to find find the precise ingredients needed, and their overhead can increase anytime.
