Sir, HP envy 360 BF 0121 tu has 12th gen i5 processor, ddr4 ram. Dell company inspiron 7430 providing 13th gen i5 processor and ddr5 ram. Amongst both which one you suggest. I am interested to purchase 2 in 1 laptop.

I purchased hp envy after watching this video.Please don't buy this hp envy laptop.unspecified manufacturing defects arise within 20 days. This couldn't be rectified so far even though it has been 2 months. I am very disappointed. In this context Rs 86000/- loss to me. Please don't go for it. Please don't encourage to buy this model.
Please share the purchased source, cos according to HP policy they directly replace the product if any manufacturing defect occurred in the new laptop.
@@laptopmaster @laptopmaster I purchased this in Reliance Digital, Madurai. He said that the replacement policy comes under 7 days from the date of purchase. Since problems occurred after 20 days replacement request refused by Reliance Digital Madurai in Tamilnadu. My hp envy bf0121tu laptop Serial number 7H5D3PA CND31228YV. In this context I approached hp service centre. Defect is yet to be rectified. Anyway thanks for the response on my painful comment.

Super premium aur saath mein thin and light laptops mein ram mostly upgrade nahi hoti, future mein to sab mein band ho jayegi gaming laptop chhod kar
