Thanks for this workout and for inspiring us to get started after being out of it for a while! Great format to push play and get it done even when we don’t want to. Cheers
Thanks! I just now discovered your channel and have subscribed. I ordered a 10lb mace, received it 2 days ago, and have yet to do much of anything with it. Other than watch a few videos, I'm completely green and ignorant about how to use a mace. The 10lb I purchased was a bargain. Were it not a sale price I would likely have gotten a 15lber; am glad that I did not. I'm short, 64 years old, and other than general fitness and mobility, I'm picking up the mace for activity over the winter to keep me in good stead for kayaking come Spring.
Great work out Thank you/ I subscribed and just got a 10-pound mace. It is heavy enough and I would recommend 10 lbs or less if starting out. I am glad I didn't get a 15-pounder to start out with.
Real exercises that actually translate to real life whether be MMA skilled trades or any sports. Been doing them seven years no gym for me... the gym is a little corny lol
For me, I want feeling any burn 😮 til the burpee part of the first set, then after that, each exercise burned 😂. I was like…only 10 min, that ain’t gonna be long enough

The push I needed. Ordered my first mace today.
Awesome! Which size mace did you get?
@@MACEMethod 15lb. I got it. At first I thought it was going to be too light, but now I see that is perfect for me.
🤙 nice, definitely gonna do this workout. Got a macebell (4kg) some weeks ago. What weight do you use? And always the same or do you variate?
Awesome! I've been using the 10 lb mace the past 3 years. I actually just ordered a 15 lb mace to start playing with!
We're winded that's for sure! I like 10mins!
Yeah buddy! Short and sweet 💪😎🤙
how many days to you recommend for this workout?
I'd recommend doing it once a week and track how many reps you get each time!
I’m trying to look for a before and after cause idk if these actually work
I have less aches and pains, move better and look better at 38 than 28. It works bro!
Will be trying these today! I recently started doing thus but with a normal bar and one side weight. A actual mace will be better ofc!
